Good Location We stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holidays in 2021. Firstly this hotel is in an excellent location since there are two metromover stations within walking distance. The rooms and common areas were clean. In my time there at least two of the elevators were not operational. It took the hotel a few days to get this rectify, which is poor in my view. The hotel included conventional breakfast with the room rate but this included a prepackaged meal of eggs and or sausage with a biscuit a muffin and a drink. There was no option for a vegetarian/vegan person. To add to this the food taste was not great at all. On the upside Coffee/tea is available during the breakfast period. This in my view deserves 1 start and impacted my rating here. I had to go nearby to Wholefoods in order to get items for a proper breakfast (especially vegetarian). I am sure management could have ordered food here at a good price. Now on to the WIFI which is very important in any stay for me and most of us. It was horrible to none existent. We literally had to go down to the lobby in order to get some connection. If you stay here I recommend getting a mobile data plan, if you want to get a connection in the room. The front desk staff was helpful at all times when needed and even offered recommendations for various PCR tests when needed.

Great budget choice in a great location Great economical choice hotel in downtown Miami. We stayed here for one night prior to a cruise since it was located so close to the port (7 minutes by car) and the airport (11 -25 minutes depending on traffic). Room and bed were rather small, but it was clean, well appointed, and more than adequate. Room had good AC, comfortable bedding, small frig, safe, and microwave. Great location, right around the corner from the bridge (with a pedestrian walkway) over the Miami River into Brickell (5 minute walk). Hotel is 1-2 minute walk from the Metromover Riverwalk station. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a bit odd (COVID style) as you had to pick up a bag breakfast from the front desk. It was fine though, with a microwaveable packaged English muffin sandwich, packaged pastry, fruit and juice, as well as an adequate coffee/tea area. Lobby area was very spacious. Note that you could buy drinks, ice cream, and a few medications and necessities downstairs, but the prices are high (example $5 for small ice cream bar). Overall, great budget choice and desirable location. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Amazing Staff, Clean and Comfortable We booked this hotel last minute based on earlier reviews on Tripadvisor and had to add our experience to help others. We spent 3 very relaxing days/nights before our cruise and loved it. From the moment we checked in we felt our decision to stay here was genuinely appreciated. When Alysha was setting up our stay she made some internal calls to get us a room overlooking the river which was a nice feature we really enjoyed. There are 4 adults in our party so we booked the double queen suite. The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. Each morning the breakfast that is included is more than adequate for the current situation with covid restrictions. The pool and area is small but still very cozy and we spent two days just hanging out eating and drinking in the shade. All of the facilities are well lit, clean and I have nothing but high marks to offer. The best part is the staff, wow!! From the front desk to night clerk, housekeeping and more they were fantastic. A special nod to Alysha and Fernando, thank you for making our stay even better. Andrew St. John’s Newfoundland, Canada

Good with a few problems You can tell the hotel was recently renovated and the lobby, rooms and pool were nice. The location is good as there is a lot within walking distance and public transportation is right outside. Our room also had a really nice view of the river and it was fun watching the boats go by. One negative is that we had to constantly keep signing into the wifi (several times a day). Another negative is that our room keys only seemed to be programmed to work for 24 hours so every day during our four night stay we would arrive back to the hotel and try to go to our room and the key would not work so my husband would have to go back downstairs and get the key reprogrammed. The final negative is that there was a weird vent on the bathroom wall (about chin height?) that apparently connects to a neighboring room as one night I could hear really loud music coming from the vent. That made me wonder how much privacy we really had in the bathroom. Other than these issues we had a nice stay.

Went there for the Latino Music Conference The staff was very accommodating. Thank you to Pava, the manager and all the friendly staff. I give 4 instead of a 5 because free breakfast was below my expectations but... hey was for free and in compliance with all Covid-19 safety measures. I really want to thank the staff, the hotel it's amazing, have a stunning view... You can have the train that takes you around Brickell Area right upfront the hotel. I didn't use car, only public transportation and I highly recommend this.
