Good location, terrible beds Good location being a 5 minute Uber trip from the airport and walking distance from restaurants and shops. Room was spacious and quiet but in need of a refurbishment. Beds were terrible and sagged in the middle. Staff were friendly. Would stay again if they sorted the beds out.

Not worth the $ Hotel staff are friendly, place is clean , restaurant wasn’t open when arrived at 7.30 so had to eat around the lounge chairs which was awkward. Hotel room air con didn’t work neither did the hair dryer and water pressure was awful and bed must be specially designed as are very small doubles. So not too good in all honesty

Average but noisy. We only stayed for one night after arriving in Miami from St Lucia. The hotel reception was friendly and the hotel was clean enough. Room was ok but toilet flush was faulty and shower pressure wasn’t great. Carpet had seen better days. The worst part of our stay was the noise. Pipes made a terrible noise all night. I’ll finish on a positive. The food and service from the bar in LL was excellent.

WORST EHUTTLE EXPERIENCE EVER!! This review is specifically for their paid shuttle service to MIA but since they don't offer a separate area for that reviews of that service, I have to put it here. Simply but, this is our WORST shuttle experience ever. There is no help when you arrive so you have to find a parking spot n the crowded lot, go to the lobby and ask for help as to what you need to do. The parking lot is self park so there are rows of vehicles parked randomly, making it difficult to get into the narrow parking spots. Then it's a LONG haul to the shuttle area with your luggage. going out was not bad. The shuttle took about 30 minutes which is what they advertise. coming in was a nightmare. WE WAITED ALMOST TWO HOURS FOR A SHUTTLE BACK TO THE HOTEL. We stood on the curbside in the Miami heat and humidity from 6PM t0 almost 8PM. They advertise shuttles every 30 minutes but don't believe it. They have far too few shuttles for the number of parking spots they sell. Don't waste your time. Tons of other options available.

Worst hotel / don't book before reading this We had confirm reservation for the hotel but despite coming to the hotel at 01:30 am the hotel staff told us that they are overbooked and shifted us to another hotel which was a 3 star hotel. We had no choice middle.of the night but the hotel was not only impolite but also disgraceful. This is the worst hotel experience of all time . Three rooms were booked for 60 year old couples . Such a harrasment after a long flight is a shame.to.the hotel
