BEACH DAY Best birthday present ever!! Not only were Arold, Gisselle, and Jose great, but they made us feel so welcomed. Fully recommend you guys to stay and to ask for them. Jose was especially great, definitely worth it.

Best service I arrived at the w and felt very welcomed by all the staff, specifically Valentino, Jose, Quintale, and Arold. They made me feel at home and were more than happy to help me get the best experience i can possibly get. Would highly recommend coming here. I Will 100% be returning. Thankyou for everything.

Filthy and Rundown TERRIBLE - will never stay there or have visitors stay there again. First Room smelled of smoke, second room had dirty sheets in the pull-out couch, and a used tampon on the floor in the bathroom. Service took forever, sheets are like sandpaper, there are stains all over all the furniture (in both rooms I was in), curtains were broken, floors are dirty. We had to change hotels ASAP. Such a shame because this used to be a nice hotel.

Good but not great We stayed for one night and for the most part enjoyed the experience. The best aspect of this hotel is its prime location and stunning views of Brickell Bay at night. The rooms are very comfortable, though they clearly resemble the former's hotel brand, not W. Some staff are extremely professional and others clearly need more training. My only big complaint is that Covid protocols aren't really enforced and you see fellow guests not wearing masks throughout the hotel.

Not what is was years ago _ We wanted a getaway as I’ve stayed here years ago. The Vrbo we stayed in was amazing views BUT many things aren’t the 5 stars it once was. First off it’s now all 25 and 30 year olds staying here. Girls trips kinda thing and wearing tight work out outfits with everything hanging out!_. If you are over 40 and want elegance and up to date service etc this isn’t for you. It’s almost like spring breakers. The room had some issues but Maria fixed everything ASAP. She was a godsend. No real hot water in the shower. Like warm. Sarah at the pool restaurant makes great drinks FYI BUT they aren’t allowing sit down inside due to Covid ??? Whatever, only outdoor and you have to order at the bar. There is zero signage anywhere so good luck getting around. Very frustrating. I will not stay here again it’s def NOT what it used to be. It’s sad because the room has an amazing view.
