ramada force advertisement of free continental break and pool being closed not available. A Discount should have been giving for the inconvience

Clean and comfy I would recommend my only negative is that some type of breakfast should be included or at least coffee available in reception

Emergency reroute through Miami Reception did not understand their assignment. Membership should have some privileges. A/C unit had a chemical odor and I reported it. Was told that it will be rectified in a few mins. No one ever showed up. Property has a nice location and decent value for your money. It’s usually a good stay but the reception staff were off of their game.

Only if you have nowhere else to sleep I booked for 10 nights. The pool was in renovation and i didn't have this info before my arriving. Impossible for me to stay there for 10 days with kids and no pool on vacation. The doors'lockers were broken. I couldn't feel secure and safe. The manager was amazing and nice. I had a refund and changed hotel.

No Elevator How on earth does a multi story hotel near an airport, where people have lots of luggage not have an elevator?!? There is nothing on the website that does not indicate they do not have an elevator. You know why? If people knew there was no elevator, they would not stay here. I advise you to take your luggage elsewhere.
