Extremely poor care This was a stay due to a family member's funeral. It was pathetic. We had no room service the three days we were there. We had no shower curtain and when we got one my husband had to put it up at 9:00 at night. Rooms do not have microwaves, you have to use one in the lobby. I wanted hot water for tea. Coffee pot did not work. I had to go to the lobby after my shower to heat it. They did bring a coffee pot up later than night. It was to have been delivered by housekeeping but they never showed up. The van driver was helpful and carried my hot water and the towels I came to get. He did not want me to get burnt, no lids for cups. If you want hot water to wash with, not tepid, you have to let the water run full blast in the tub for at least 5 minutes. This was per the maintenance person and that is what it took. Can you imagine how many gallons of water are wasted per day? Breakfast, which they provided to us because of our complaints, is not worth 12.95. It is rather distressing to go to the basement for a meal. It is fixed up nicely but felt like we were in a cave. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean when we arrived.

Worst Experience :( We booked this hotel with the park & shuttle option so that we could fly out early. First, they only take shuttle reservations 24 hours before and you have to call and hold your breath for a spot. They only have ONE shuttle running every 30 minutes. I called and we had to take a 3:30 am shuttle because other times were already booked. When we arrived, we were informed that we were accidentally booked for the day prior so NO shuttle was available which was the entire point of booking this hotel. They did refund us some of the amount but we still had to pay for this hotel & parking now at CLE airport. When we arrived to our room there was NO air conditioning so we had to move rooms. The second room was filthy...see attached photos. The sink was clogged and we had to wash our hands in the tub. They also told us not to touch the air controls/fan because it would blow a fuse and not work. We were told the manager would contact us about our experience but she never did. In my opinion a full refund should have been offered. We won't be back and I am sharing my experience with all of my friends.

Hotel Bugged Us !!! Stayed 05/18/24 We had bugs in our luggage upon returning home, complained to Mangement, who said that bugs would not travel in luggage, Contacted IHG, they said they do not own the hotel only franchise it, to contact management, The actual management Radius, would not respond or refund the charge of 190.35. HKB actually owns the hotel and the did nothing...Citibank tried to have my charge refunded and the hotel refused, poor customer care , rude/unprofessional management and arrogant IHG, and KKB...Never stay there again, pool out of order hall and outside areas dirty, needed renovation 20 years ago.....

Airport Shuttle Was A No Show Due to multiple plane delays, my 15 year old daughter and I arrived at the Cleveland airport at 130 am. My travel agent had contacted them about the delays when we were en route to Cleveland and she was told to have us call them upon our arrival and they would pick us up. We called them upon arrival and were told to wait at the number 7 pick up. We waited there until 2:05 am and still no shuttle. At this time in the morning there were very few travelers so there was no way we would miss seeing the shuttle. I called them again and I was told the shuttle was at the airport waiting for us. There was no one there. We were the only travelers left to be picked up. I had to call a Lyft to take us to the lot to get our car from their long term parking so that was another $35 tacked on to our $100 fee for using their long term parking. Our Lyft driver told us that he had brought other travelers back to their lot when they were a no show. When we arrived at Crowne plaza, the shuttle was parked in their parking lot. They could not have been waiting for us at the airport if the shuttle was still sitting in the parking lot upon our arrival. This was the first time I had used them but my normal long term parking service was booked so I had no choice. The fact that they had no qualms about abandoning a mother and her 15 year old daughter at the Cleveland airport in the wee hours of the morning is extremely concerning. I will never use this service again and would caution fellow travelers to use a different service.

Not what I expected from a Crown Plaza hotel This hotel needs urgent upgrading and revamp. Or better a total make-over. It’s really old fashion style. Dark wood style everywhere. Not much sunlight inside. The breakfast room is downstairs, no windows, no daylight. Really a depressing experience. Same for the rooms, they are big, but it feels like you are in a time warp. One elevator broken, and the others make terrible noise whilst in operation. Staff is friendly, but I wouldn’t like to work all day without seeing daylight. Low standard for CP hotel brand. One positive note, at reception they told me that they will revamp from September onwards. So, if you need to stay in this area, fot this hotel wait until year-end.
