Satisfied customer Nice simple hotel conveniently located off the highway on a main road. Lots of places to eat on the main road. Friendly staff, easy check in and coffee in the morning and ice water available all day. Just be aware that breakfast is not served here.

Great customer service. Jackie is the best. Personable, polite, efficient. Walked in with no reservation and had a room in less than 5 minutes. Room was basic but clean. Not a bad place to stay if your flight was delayed and you needed something affordable and safe. Plus Taco Bell is a few parking lots away.

Smells like smoke and looks nothing like the pictures on the webpage The hotel boasts that it is “smoke free” on all of the websites and in the building but everything smelled horribly of smoke-lobby, rooms, linens. Our room did not have a mini fridge like it was supposed to, which was a problem because we had food with us to travel with. Our shower was also covered in hair. The pictures on the webpage don’t look anything like the rooms in the hotel.

BAIT AND SWITCH NOT ALL ROOMS HAVE MINI REFRIGERATOR I reserved a room on line when I went to check in I was told I reserved A room with out a refrigerator and microwave. I was give the option to upgrade the room for $10 per night. I was in town on business and was staying for three days.

Mystay at Red Roof Very nice hotel very friendly easy check in and check out room was clean and the lady at the front desk welcome my pet with open arms and even played with him and that made me more comfortable because my dog has to come with me and for this reason I will come back and I recommend this hotel
