A Bit of a dissappointment for $300 a night!!! A bit disappointed. Once was a very nice place. Kind of a ghost town. Outdated and the food was outrageously over priced. Needs a lot of work. Has great potential but still a bit disappointing. Did not stop me from enjoying a wonderful time with my beautiful wife of 13 years.

Good Stay Very nice resort in the mountains. Was there for a few days for a conference. People say it’s dated, but I believe that is on purpose. For that ski resort feel. Nice people… nice stay. Monday has some good restaurants. Very nice bakery on site.

Unfortunate Anniversary Weekend Stay I selected to come to Zermatt to celebrate a 28th wedding anniversary weekend. Zermatt promotes itself as a resort. However, I was really disappointed to find that the resort amenities were not "functioning" or even functioning "properly": Outdoor hot tub not working/available, Indoor hot tub not working/available, Steam room not working/available, Sauna only worked in men's locker room (could go together with my wife), Indoor/outdoor pool was not heated enough to be in the outside portion of the pool, and even TV remote did not work.

Just ok Property was great, to look at Anne cities fall short as most were not even available. Staff made ridiculous excuses for things. I won’t be back.
