Dissapointment Our visit had been perfect until was time for breakfast, which we bought, as there was nobody knowledgeable to serve us. The front desk person who was wonderful has both positions to attend what is unacceptable You don’t offer breakfast with NO CONDITION TO SERVE IT!

Great stay! The staff was so nice and we got to check in 2 hours early which was awesome! The beds are great and the whole environment of the hotel was very positive ... great location ! Will definitely stay again as the price was a good one and definitely worth it!

Not worth the Special Rate offer. Bought this hotel through one of the websites. There was a special on Bringfido.com for $120.00 a night. I needed to be in the area because I was helping a friend move. It was clearly marked to pay in advance with absolutely no refunds under any circumstance. The hotel was getting some exterior renovations and it was difficult to navigate the exterior entrance to the hotel for the handicap room I had reserved. It was obvious the hotel was a Marriott Courtyard conversion when I arrived. After some research, I found out I was correct and the conversion took place during COVID. The interior of the hotel was renovated just before COVID, and the decor of the guest room was nice. That’s pretty much where it ended. My specific room was overwhelming with the odor of urine. I reported it to the front desk and they attempted to spray it to no avail. I felt sorry for the team. After 4:00pm there appeared to be one person on staff operating the hotel. I saw the person checking people in and cleaning rooms when there wasn’t anyone at the desk trying to check in. My stay was for three days and I left without asking or saying anything except, “don’t check anyone else into that room until you can deep clean the room”. To add injury to insult, I was charged $5.00 a day for parking in an unsecured parking lot where I had to park a distance from my guest room because there was limited access due to construction. The hotel does not represent the Sonesta brand well.

One and Done The room looked like the ad, but the looks were deceiving. Room was missing amenities, window was stained in some way, (see pic), breakfast not available due to staffing and we had 2 nights of loud music next door. Corporate complaint has been basically blown off.

Lovely getaway Everything was delightfully comfortable and clean. Lots to offer, excellent staff. The outdoor area was equally charming with the gas lit fireplaces and sitting areas. Indoor pool was warm and inviting! The front lobby area welcomes you with another gas fireplace and sitting area. Lots of options here and there are many good restaurants nearby to choose from.❤️
