Excellent value in Silicon Valley I really like this hotel. It’s always priced well and the service is excellent. It’s only 10 minutes from the San Jose airport so you can take a ride share and get there with $15 - the service is really excellent. The staff is accommodating and warm. I always get upgraded here (my go to place in Silicon Valley). The rooms are large and the beds and sheets are comfortable. As a Marriott elite member, I get to go to the lounge and the breakfast and happy hour services are great! There’s also a restaurant in the hotel so it’s very convenient. It’s an excellent business hotel and exceptional value!

A Sheraton - withb not the Normal Sheraton Polish The location is ok if you have a car. If your going to a convention and what to save on a Hilton,and the rooms nice, but starting to look very old, great place to stay with a 15-20 Min drive to the convention centre. Nice Pool and setting. The Reception is very slow and not well trained, however once your in the Internet works well, restaurant is nice, however room service stops at 10 or 11pm . Reasonable Value, with not the normal amount of sheraton polish.

Needs Investment I've stayed here a couple times and each time this place gets worse. There is always something broken (pool, ice machines, entrance door, restaurant kitchen) the lounge offerings are so minimal they should just close it, and the property as a whole is so dilapidated it seems like the owners just plan on running it completely into the ground. The staff is nice and the rooms seem clean, but the place needs a lot of help.

Excellent Customer Service Collaboration As a titanium member, I wanted to take a moment to complement you and your staff’s recent customer service collaboration. I desperately needed copies for an upcoming client meeting. I didn’t rent a car for this San Jose client engagement. Therefore, I could not make my way to a FedEx. Jolly Ann and Maria Villaflor went into action when I asked if they could make copies for me. They both turned your office area into “Sheraton – Copies with a Smile.” I was so impressed with their customer focus and collaboration. I noticed in some of your literature the phrase, “The Best Work Is Done Together.” Congratulations to you and your team for living up to that philosophy. Marriott is not just a hotel brand. For me, around the world, Marriott is my home!
