No complaints - Would stay again Hotel is a bit older with small rooms, but absolutely spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and upgraded nicely. Location is great, within walking distance to many bars, shopping, restaurants. Felt very safe. Ordered room service one morning for breakfast and food was delicious.

Don’t Stay Here I had a pretty bad slip and fall accident. The outside ground surface is a slipping hazard. The employees are well aware and expressed that to me. Even with that knowledge, they did not have any signs outside indicating such. Not only did I hurt myself, but I also broke my phone. The GM asked condescending “What would you like us to do?” I replied that I need my phone replaced to get home as I need my flight itinerary, Uber, ID, etc. He offered to drop me off at an ATT store and on the ride there, advised me the best they can do is credit my for 1 night ($136 value). My phone cost $1100 to replace. I told him that wasn’t acceptable, his response “What if you fell on the city street, what would you do?” I wasn’t even granted a late checkout while I was replacing my phone. Management followed me when I returned to the hotel and waited outside my door for me to pack and leave the room. As sat in the lobby doing work before I called my Uber, I was made to feel very uncomfortable with dirty looks, etc. Not to mention they were severely understaffed during my stay with a sold out hotel my group was using for a convention. It took an hour to get a sandwich. I reached out to corporate, they were also zero help. I’m a Hilton Honors member and probably spent $3K in the last 2 months at their properties. Absolute garbage. Do not recommend it…

Nice hotel- good choice but breakfast improvements needed! Overall we were pleased with the hotel. Great location close to many restaurants and the River Walk. Very nicely renovated. Room was very large and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was well equipped and clean. Only down side was relatively poor breakfast. Many items were often not available (inc coffee, milk etc). Happened regardless of what time we came to the breakfast area. It was the same for the 3 days of our stay.

Amazing staff The hotel staff it is amazing and always doing all possible to fullfill our requests. The girls in the front desk and also Antonio and Jose, very nice and friendly. I was there for 12 nights and had a coworker (Shannon) in another room. Clear rooms, nice breakfast and convenient parking. Definitely would stay there again. Thank you!

Another Excellent Stay at the Doubletree This was our 2nd stay in 6 months. We arrived a few hours early planning on just having them store our luggage but they had a room ready for us which was great. The room is small but that's typical for a city hotel. Very clean room and fantastic comforter and pillows. Great location for our plans which were attending a show at The Riverside and visiting the bars to catch March Madness. Staff is very professional and friendly.
