Excellent staff Chef John and Dasia were awesome. Great breakfast and service. I look forward to my next visit to Milwaukee. Clean rooms and pleasant front desk staff. No wait upon arrival. Fitness center was clean and completely functional. I slept better than I have in several nights. Thank you again!

Great location and great price The hotel is in a very convenient location just minutes from the airport and has a free shuttle. There is a Culver's within walking distance. The hotel itself also has a little pantry to buy essentials. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The remote control on the TV was dead but they replaced the batteries promptly. One negative on this trip was that the hotel fire alarm was activated for about 10 seconds in the middle of the night. The lobby had a strange smell the next morning so that might have been why. Nevertheless, I would stay here again if in the area as everything worked as intended and the area seemed relatively safe.

Outstanding customer service and location Great customer service! Kionte Rayvon Perkins in the MKE Bar & Grill is friendly, efficient and provides outstanding service! Bilal at the front check in desk also exceptional! I highly recommend a stay at this airport friendly location. I

Terrible service. Terrible service and rooms. When we checked in, we were not able to get into the room; the front desk staff looked at us like we were crazy until he went, and he was also not able to get into the room and started knocking. We never got our room cleaned, and there were not even fresh towels, even though we requested them several times. The housekeeping manager apologized to us, and that was it. When I asked to talk to the manager, all we got was "he just went out." Never reached out back. Stay away from this Holiday Inn if you want the Holiday Inn experience..

Bad experience - not representative of Holiday Inn brand. Avoid hotel at all costs Truly Sad experience. Checked in for a business trip with a colleague Multiple Problems reported to staff - in person and thru feedback on iMessage. 1. No chair with the study table when I checked in. - was provided to me late at night 2. Keurig coffee machine was not working - wasn't replaced till about 6 hours later - so no coffee in the room in the first night and first morning. Reported at 5.00 AM. Coffee machine replaced about 11.15 AM. 3. Showerhead broken - very low water pressure and it wasn't fixed for the duration of the stay - informed housekeeping and front desk. No action taken at all inspire or assurances by staff that it will be fixed 4.There was no housekeeping done on either of the days. When I complained they just gave me fresh towels. 5. When I arrived back from work on 26th - the room latch was unlocked and the door was kept open. So not sure what was going on. Informed the staff and they just shrugged their shoulders. Truly bad experience. Will never stay again Advise people to be careful at this place
