A wonderful weekend getaway The Staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable, the location downtown was perfect for event we attended, we enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay there again if we find ourselves in Milwaukee

Great experience My friend did a great job helping me load the car. He was so friendly, you are lucky to have him on your team. The room was as advertised, clean and comfortable. The folks at registration were pleasant and welcoming. They gave me the information I needed and gave me. A great suggestion for dinner on Saturday night.

Great stay in downtown with convenient access to Baird Center It was very great stay at very convenient place for the convention center. My only drawback was parking issue. I have discussed the length of may car parking with receptionist on the front desk, but details of my request weren't reflected in my file and I was charged more than I parked. After the call to hotel and discussed with supervisor all my concerns were addressed in very polite and considirate maner. I would recommend this hotel for families traveling with kids.

Stayed after Marquette basketball game. Went to a Marquette basketball game and the location was perfect. Easy walk to dinner and to fiserv forum. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Hyatt needs to add more staff but the staff on duty were excellent and the stay was very good.

One night stay This hotel does not meet the standards of a Hyatt Regency. Our room smells of cigarettes smoke. The lobby was not comfortable and as a Hyatt member they Offered no special treatment. Did not see a restaurant open. The staff not responsive. There are better hotels in Milwaukee. Would not recommend this. They really Need an updated.
