Weekend get away. A beautiful hotel in a great location. We were met with a friendly and knowledgeable staff from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Brandon was extremely helpful throughout our stay and made our anniversary special. I can highly recommend this hotel not only based on the atmosphere but the hospitality.

Clean fun and a little bit haunted Definitely by far when the coolest hotels I've ever stayed in. It is incredibly unique and maybe a little bit haunted. Shy at the front counter is super helpful very polite and nice and went out of her way to Show additional General hospitality she definitely completed the day

Delia and Faith save the day ! I had the fortune of visiting this venue twice in one week and enjoyed it BOTH times! All I can say is as a person with mobility issues- venturing out to unknown places can be intimidating, to say the least. This venue was VERY accommodating - staff were quite intuitive for all of my needs. Quite professional and never once making me feel out of place. Specifically "Delia" was absolutely amazing - helped me over and over and over. Her hospitality was unmatched! Also there to fill in whenever Delia wasn't available was "Faith L" there to pick up where Delia left off and kept me comfortable and content. One doesn't find such great assistance so readily available. They both made my Convention activities all the more memorable - Thank you Ladies and thank you "The Iron Horse Hotel"!

Sales meeting/ team event. I had my sales team there for a couple of days. The place is fantastic with a phenomenal staff and nice accommodations. Everything went very smoothly Thank you for the wonderful time and my team had a great time. The Patio is a wonderful place to relax and meet new people.

Best Customer Service I've Ever Experienced! My friends and I are planning at stay at The Iron Horse Hotel this fall. From the moment I contacted customer service to help with reservations, I know this hotel was going to be great. A special thank you to Ann Marie and her staff for going above and beyond to accommodate us and to ensure everything was set and organized for our arrival. She was very delightful, polite, and so helpful. I can’t recommend this team enough! THANK YOU!
