Great view of downtown This hotel is something special. I came here on a solo trip to meet someone I was hoping to date long-distance. This hotel made me feel like a million bucks. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. View of the city made me feel like I was in my Mary Tyler Moore era. lol. Only complaint is parking was expensive (and not included).

Clean, comfortable and quiet We were very happy with the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We never heard anyone else in the hallways. Check-in was quick and they even let us check out a little late on our last day. We took the light rail from the airport to the hotel which was easy and just 2 blocks away.

Love this hotel and it's staff. I want to commend the night manager, Joseph Beltran at the Marquette Hotel for his exceptional service. During multiple stays, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. His friendliness, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with any request make a significant difference. His outstanding customer service during multiple stays, is why I continue to choose the Marquette Hotel whenever I'm in the city. Thank you for making each stay so enjoyable.

Expected exceptional got average Our visit was a mixed bag of good and bad. Our room was beautiful at the onset as we had a corner room surrounded by windows. Just gorgeous….but as time went on we noticed mold in the tub and the carpet coming up. Speaking of the tub…..I was terrified to get in and out. Very deep jacuzzi tube and scary to get in and out. Also, I cannot remember one person who helped us. It was so strange to not have helpful staff anywhere. The breakfast buffet was good especially the eggs Benedict. The location was great. Not sure I would stay here again as there were several other options nearby.

The best service and great staff. The staff was phenomenal and tremendously helpful. Especially the first person I met named JOSEPH. I believe he was the night shift manager. He made my stay very nice and comfortable. I would definitely be recommending and returning back.
