Unpleasant experience added more stress to our unexpected stay do to a funeral. If I could give a negative, it would be a -5. Coming in for the worst possible reason, a funeral, the expectations of the hotel, room, and service were to be as the reviews and amenities listed. The staff was unprofessional, there was sloppy hotel attire, the rooms were clean but had an awful smell, there were NO kitchen items, and the hotel itself smelled of marijuana. Upon speaking with (3) of the staff members when expressed my concerns, there were many different excuses given, the main reason being, that management recently changed to a different type of hotel that accommodates long-term residency. If I had been aware of this upon booking my stay, I would have chosen another hotel. As a business professional, there needs to be better policies and procedures for the staff as well as accountability to those staying at the hotel, not living.

Great stay Great stay. Good service.the place was clean. People were polite and courteous.definitely recommend the stay. This is a good choice for the area hotels.still have to write some more but really have no more to stay. It’s convenient located hotel

Great place to stay!! I had an incredible experience at Extended Stay! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their exceptional service and genuine friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere. From check-in to check-out, every team member was eager to assist, making my visit truly enjoyable. I'm grateful for their outstanding hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and accommodating stay.

Go here for good service and hospitality seriously no cap To be honest there really chill, no attitude or bad vides and also just seemed alot more professional on the job, the employees there deserve a damn raise in pay, making every other affordable hotel look like crap well done

A positive review It was a bit of a rough start because when we booked the website said it was a furnished kitchen but when we arrived that was no longer the practice. Regardless, the stay was everything else as advertised. It is a great location. Wendy and Vincent were more than helpful and very good to work with. Kudos to them both.
