ND Soccer game Celtic v Chelsea 27th July 2024 This has to be the biggest surprise & most pleasant experience I have had in all the years staying at a Hilton property. I was visiting to attend a Glasgow Celtic FC charity dinner @ ND then a soccer game v Chelsea FC. From the moment I checked in for 5 days until the day I left @ 4am, I could not have asked for a more comfortable & welcoming stay. Carl, General Manager is a true leader and his years of experience is very evident when you see him interacting with guests and staff. The Front desk team, Isabella, Skyler and others really know how make you feel welcome and appreciated. The breakfast team very fantastic and again the attention to detail is top class ! Even @ 4am Skyler had that great smile and demeanor ! This is a must visit property, great for families, sports groups & business travellers, you will NOT be disappointed. Yours truly, Jim McLean. My GO-TO place in South Bend Love this place. It's clean, professional and gives a real 5-star experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean, beds are very comfortable. My only request is that they put their breakfast eggs in a separate serving tray from teh sausages for those of us who are vegetarian.

Would love to have stayed a couple days Well, I was on the road with a deadline to destination. If such wasn't the case, would have booked an extra day to kick back and relax. With the renovations being made, the stays will only get better...

Great Hotel The room I had was not one of the updated rooms, as they are working on them, but it was still a nice spacious room and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was wonderful and helpful, we had no issues whatsoever.

Review Room 110 did not have hot water. Back door to room was unlocked upon arrival to the room. Check in and check out flowed smoothly. Televisions were out of date. Wifi was spotty. Parking lot had a pot hole or two.
