Yuck. Non-smokingroom and room reeked of smoke and I have asthma. We were told Don't worry we won't charge you for smoke Terrible. Beds are hard, squeaky and broken down. Rented thru Expedia so they gave us a terrible room. Everything was unplugged so fridge was hot, room was hot. No microwave, no closet. Bottom of the barrel.

Just terrible and no breakfast as advertised The pictures looks good but the reality is very different. The room is in terrible condition, holes in the walls, cupboards that have been ripped out and a stand alone wardrobe from a thrifty store in place, no table lamps and despite advertised no breakfast. The TV didn’t work and the curtains don’t close properly, with clips needed to keep them in place. Bed was OK though.

Done with this hotel I really liked this hotel in the beginning and used it frequently when I came to LA, but its decline in several important factors have made me stop using it. the staff do their best to help if they can, but they really know nothing about service or how to make the individual stay special. They sit behind their bulletproof glass and look utterly dumbfounded if any occurrence happens on their shift. Service provided reminds me more of a family owned business since it appears to follow a "laissez faire" service model. No noticeable renovations or upgrades for 10 years, and cockroaches. Yes. Both inside and outside.

Moved back to valley Everything was great the attendant said we can check out at 12 since we have been driving from Salt Lake City and it was about 2 am when checked in and was great with telling us where the room was and where to park since we had a trailer on our truck the room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel no one makes noise which made it nice

Good All Around The room was very clean. It was very spacious. The front desk attendant was very kind and communicative. The location was very quiet too. Loved my stay so around and I'm planning to stay there again.
