Great Hotel Comfortable bed clean room and everything worked as one would expect. Didn't have the breakfast but dinner at the on site restaurant was excellent. Staff were very friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to stay there if in the area again.

Bad arrival experience Our family arrived in Toronto late and booked a night at this airport hotel, expecting a smooth and convenient stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the most terrible experience I’ve ever had. Upon our arrival, we contacted the hotel for shuttle bus information and were instructed to wait at S1, with the bus scheduled to arrive at 9:25 PM. My family, including two children, waited patiently at the designated spot, but to our dismay, the shuttle bus drove right by without stopping. We were forced to wait an additional half hour for the next bus, along with a senior traveler who also experienced the frustration of watching the bus pass by without stopping. This was deeply disappointing and far from welcoming. While I understand that Best Western is an affordable option, the service should not fail so miserably at providing a positive first impression to its guests. To make matters worse, when we finally informed the receptionist about our terrible shuttle bus experience, instead of offering an apology, we were rudely questioned about whether we had been waiting at the correct spot. Thankfully, the other traveler who missed the bus with us was also checking in and confirmed that the shuttle had indeed passed by without stopping where we were told to wait. The receptionist’s dismissive and unhelpful attitude only made an already frustrating situation even worse, turning our arrival into an absolute bad experience. I strongly urge management to address this issue immediately—this kind of service is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the hotel.

Worst Best Western? Maybe. No food at breakfast buffet (which costs $15). Air conditioner sounded like a tractor every time it kicked on ( it was August and very hot and humid). Staff disinterested ( except for harried breakfast server who kept apologizing for the lack of food and the kitchen staff). We stay at Best Westerns a lot and this was one of our worst experiences. Steer clear!

Don't go to this hotel and protect your self We received the room clean but we surprised with bed bugs, that makes us feel uncomfortable, we went to the reception and show them how the bed bugs affect our skin and we put one bed bug in a cup and left it in the reception, and they informed us that the manager will call us or email us, actually we never received any call or email. It is a dirty hotel and no body care. We will add our comment on the google reviews.

apathetic attitude Receptionist has apathetic attitude, lacking motivation or welcoming skills both on phone or in-person. Clean but old building. Shuttle from airport is not frequent and not clearly marked with Hotel name and address. There are three Best western shuttles and the worst unclear mark was the Dixie road branch, a piece of Cartoon hanging on the window from inside, with the name of hotel on it. Subway just beside hotel. Expensive for the service.
