Norman is a Gem I fell in love with the Glenerin Inn on my first visit . So grateful to Norman Wallace for his kind and lovely support to make sure my visit was pleasant and comfortable. Five stars and more ! The service staff were charming and attentive . I enjoyed two lovely meals at the Inn. The service was wonderful. I purchased a spa package and was very pleased with the Glenerin aesthetician that took care of me . I am definitely returning to the Glenerin Inn. I visit Mississauga regularly from the states. My family live in the Mississauga area. I feel very lucky to have found this charming Inn. I loved exploring the many walking paths located close to the Inn. Thankyou Norman Wallace (guest service manager)for making me feel that I have a home away from home to visit every time I come to Mississauga._

A very pleasant place to stay! Very charming accommodation. Easy pleasant check in Excellent dining options… our waiter personally delivered pre dinner beverages to our room! Very ambient historic feel.. Free parking Bathrooms have all been renovated Close to many amenities.. shopping and golf courses

Weekend stay We attended a bridal shower for my niece Great service at the shower by Randy and staff Then we stayed overnight our room was beautiful and the bed and pillows are so comfy The person at the front desk Sey Cruz made our stay so extra special She is so friendly and professional Good to have great staff working in the hotel business Keep up the good work

BEWARE OF THEFT!! CHRISTMAS PURCHASES STOLEN BEWARE OF THEFT!!! The hotel itself is fine. The room was fine. The staff were friendly. The purpose of the trip was to go Christmas shopping. Between the hours of 7pm and 10:45pm, someone went into the room and stole one of the items that was purchased earlier in the day. They only took one item, probably in hopes that I wouldn't notice it was missing until I got home, which is exactly what happened. Being your own portable spy camera with you when you stay at this hotel. This is unfortunate because we were going to be using this hotel as our main spot to stay when visiting the city and now we will never stay again.

Nice Place Booked this place for our Board Meeting. Recently renovated and very well appointed in the lap of nature. I would say it is ideal for weddings and other social gatherings. The staff is very nice and try their best to make you comfortable. There were some issues with the reservations but it was sorted. The guest rooms are very spacious, my washroom was way bigger than the room (seems waste of space) but some may like it. Bar opening hours are very limited and the restaurant closes too early. Do check the thermostat in your room and washroom to make sure it is working properly.
