Tired looking rooms that aren't maintained. Can't even get a decent shower. Avoid 1138. The room was freezing when I arrived as the heating wasn't working and needed to be repaired. It was also very tired looking with scuffs and damage on the walls. My wife and i couldn't even have a decent shower as the water temp would fluctuate between freezing and scalding every 20 seconds. DANGEROUS. I'm not sure how much my company paid to have their Christmas party here, but it was too much. This is not what I would expect from a Hilton.

Spent the night before a flight Used this hotel for one night before catching an early flight. It was awesome! It had a nice pool, basketball and squash courts etc. The room was clean and the employees we dealt with a check in and check out were so friendly. No complaints at all!!

Layover on the way home We’ve had a layover in Toronto and spent a night in this hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Restaurant is open late and we were able to eat even though we arrived after 10pm. The pizza and the burger were delicious. The shuttle to the airport runs constantly twice an hour. I highly recommend this hotel.

No peace and quiet at this hotel When arriving to an Airport Hotel late in the evening after a long day one wishes to find a relaxing atmosphere and place to enjoy a light meal in peacefull setting. That kind of wish was evaporated as soon as I stepped into the hotel. The reception and lobby bar area are next to each other without any partition walls or other separating elements. You only need a small group of people having a party, shouting and cheering loudly to make the whole place with poor acoustics a nightmare. The personnel did nothing to restrain the noise. It was like a wild west saloon on Saturday night, but it was an ordinary Monday evening. In the morning I was charged for the breakfast although I had a travel agency confirmation that the breakfast should have been included to the room rate. I did not have time to start negotiating this, but would like to warn anyone who stays at this place to do that already when checking in. My room on the ground floor was worn-out and the sound insulation both from the street / parkin area as well as from the hotel corridor was poor. You could hear every car passing by, every door closing and people talking at the corridor.

Clean, quiet and comfortable! The hotel is everything you need from an airport hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff at the hotel are all very kind and helpful. Bus pick up from the airport was extremely fast. Have stayed multiple times and will definitely stay here again.
