At Home feel, & Amazing breakfast, .WOW My family were so pleased with our stay at this hotel. We just finished a 10 day vacation and we’re exhausted from flights and traveling. Once you entered the lobby you felt like you are at home . The surround decor and the cleanliness of the area reach out to you with open arms. the duty manager at the counter greeted all of us with a big smile and talk with each of us. Being exhausted, that smile gave us a burst of energy and made us feel like we were welcome and at home already We were able to let go and enjoy the rest of the beautiful day. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing You just melted into it. The breakfast served was one of the best we have ever had, the selection and the effort to give a variety for everyone was outstanding. highly recommend and we will be returning many more times in the near future

Could Be Better I booked this hotel last minute so I didn't do a lot of research on it. I chose it mainly because of the 4+ stars review and it being a Hilton property, so I trusted that. Firstly, the pros - the hotel has everything you need. Breakfast, laundry facilities, pool and business center. The location is close to food and entertainment and also the main highways to get everywhere. The staff is also very nice, and the rooms are spacious. Now onto the real business. When you first walk into the hotel, it looks really nice. The hallways are ok, however we saw a large black bug one night on our way to our room...which we were hoping was a large beetle. It was probably about an 1.5 inches in length - so it was pretty big. We ended up killing it to save the rest of the hotel guests a surprise visit from this bug in their rooms. When we got into our room, it was a similar impression as the overall hotel - it looked nice...until we started settling in. I first did a load of dishes just to make sure they were clean for us to use, but then dishwasher leaked all over the floor! Cleaning that up was definitely not my idea on how to start a hotel stay. As you can see from the pics I provided, the dishwasher is really old. The fridge and microwave felt a little old as well, but not as old as the dishwasher. The dining set looked ok until I dropped something on the floor and saw the bottom of one of the chairs are all torn up. The living room area was the least overall problematic of the entire space, except the tv wouldn't turn on with the remote, so we had to figure out how to manually turn it on. Then to the actual bedroom. The closet door was broken and didn't slide in and out correctly, and there were a lot of marks all over the walls and questionable things stuck to it on some spots. There was also 3 red marks on the carpet that was quite random. The ceiling fan was missing one of the blades. The sink and bathroom area was the worst part. The edges of the mirror was chipping. The ceiling of the bathroom and tiling was very old, and wasn't even caulked correctly. There was dirt in between the tiles behind the toilet. Even the shower knob doesn't stay in place, so when you turn it to set to the temperature you want, it slides back into a different spot. I have a video of it, but this platform doesn't allow to share videos. Overall, the room just felt dingy, old and dirty, and the worst part about it is it's where you would spend your most intimate time in - the bathroom and bedroom, where you need it to be clean. I provided pictures for almost everything that I referenced in this review. It's disappointing because the bones of the room is nice if it was just upgraded and cleaned properly; and just doesn't seem to be in the Hilton standard at all.

Nice suite hotel in a good location This hotel is close to the YYZ airport, but no shuttle service. The lobby is big with lots of seating for the very good included breakfast. The rooms are a good suite arrangement with kitchen. Even though it was close to the airport, hardly any jet noise was heard. I would stay here again.

Beautiful stay, staff made us feel like we were at home. From the over 200 hotels I have stayed, best breakfast by far. Wow, what a beautiful stay, my wife and I just finished a 5 hour drive to get to the Homewood suites in Mississauga. We were tired, we walked in and the front desk greeted us with the biggest smile as we walked into the doors. Her name was Marie, she was so happy to see us, and was so friendly. After a long day it cheered us up like getting a hug from your mother. What an amazing way to start the night. We even stayed there several months ago and she remembered us. When we checked into our room it was bright, clean and smelled fresh. We settled in and we went downstairs to go out for dinner. Marie suggested restaurants in the area. When we return we settled in for a restful night. In the morning we were shock at Amazing selection for breakfast. I have worked across Canada, staying at over at a few hundred hotel over 30 years. By far this was the best breakfast of them all. Great option for all dietary needs, even the Manager Peter Lewis stop by our table ask how the meal was and if we need anything else and check that our stay was perfect. While talking to Peter, he noticed my wife was missing her spoon, he went to get it so she could keep eating. What a true gentleman, that little touch made the stay even more relaxing over all knowing two normal people from out of town made were treat special, that the staff did the same for each guest. My wife and I are already planning another trip to that hotel, this time to see a play. Keep up the great work Hilton.

lovely its a nice suites I would always love to stay with, especially for business, easy to make a meal in room or have food around. The manager Marie is super nice and helpful. The only complaint might be (not even to the suites though), the EV charger is more expensive than expected, and the app is not as popular nor user friendly..
