Worst Hotel Rooms / Dirty and not maintained First - We waited almost 45 mins to check in because there was a flight cancelation at the nearby airport and they had a lot of passengers that needed to be checked in. Overheard a few conversations and it also seemed ppl were calling to get the shuttle to the hotel and were waiting for over an hour at the airport. Then upon checking in we asked what time the pool opened and that's when they told us it was closed for repairs. I check their website to see if they had a notice and nothing. A lady checking out said it's been closed all week. That irritated us so much. We specially booked this hotel because they had a pool with a slide. Then they tried to convince us to give up our double bedroom to take a King Size room with a pull-out bed. We said no thank you, but the lady kept trying and I said firmly, that wouldn't work for us we are 4 ppl. Second but most important- This is literally the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Stayed on the 2nd floor and the from you enter the elevator, I knew this place would be a miss for us. The carpet in the hallway looked so dirty I bet it has never been cleaned. The room and was dingy and hot because no one turned the IC on. The bathroom was badly cleaned (we wiped everything down) and the pipe splashed water all over you every time you turned it on. They had no more rooms available with double beds and we arrived pretty late, so we were stuck here. The furniture was dusty (we cleaned it ourselves thank God for Lysol and Clorox wipes). We tried to find a room at a nearby hotel, but none were available for what we needed for the two nights we wanted to stay. Glad we only had a two-night stay. Then the day of check-out (which is at 12:00pm), the housekeeper knocked and woke us up at 9:45am. I thought something happened; I jumped up. She said she was here to clean room (we had DO Not Disturbed sign on) but she still knocked. I asked her what time is check out and she said 12 and I go please come back then. We were all sleeping due to a late-night arrival after visiting family. She said no she needs to clean. I called the front desk and they had to send someone up to tell her to come back. To say, we were glad to check-out and know we will NEVER stay here again.

Spacious rooms good for work layover Airline courtesy hotel after a flight cancellation. We did not select this hotel, but I will say that it is much better than other hotels airlines have put me up in after a flight cancellation. The room was very large with separate sitting and sleeping areas each with televisions. You could close of the bed area if you are using the living room for work. There was a kitchenette with a full size fridge, stovetop, microwave, a small amount of cookware and dishes, kettle, and coffee station. There was also a high-top island counter with stools for eating. No tub, just a walk-in shower. There is an indoor pool (9am-10pm) with waterslides (we did not use) and a 24-hour Denny's on-site. WiFi was good. I didn't mind being stuck there and wouldn't mind it as a lay-over hotel, but I don't think I'd want to spend a lot of time here despite the kitchenette. About 5 minutes to the airport with no traffic and about 15 minutes at 8:30 am on a weekday (private car). There is an airport curtesy shuttle that runs about every 25 minutes. About 40 minutes to an hour to downtown Toronto.

Excellent hotel near Pearson Airport! Our 3rd stay at this hotel - pleasantly surprised to be given a complimentary room upgrade this time, likely due to being an RSVP Rewards member. Very clean & modern suites, extremely comfortable bed with luxurious linens; free wifi, fridge & coffee , microwave, desk/work area . Very reasonable room rates. Excellent stay-park-fly rate packages offer sheltered parking; free airport shuttle to Pearson International approx 15 -20 minutes away. Front desk staff always very pleasant & helpful; timely wake-up call upon request. 2 restaurants on premises including Denny’s . This is our go to hotel near airport!

Disappointing experience Very disappointed in our stay at the Sandman Mississauga this past weekend. My daughter accidentally left her school lululemon back pack in the hotel room. After having to call two times to talk to someone, I was told that her bag was not found in the room. We know 100% that the bag was left there so obviously a hotel staff member has decided to keep the lululemon bag for themself instead of turning it into lost and found.

Will not go back Booked here for park and fly. Ate at the Denny's the night I stayed before out flight. I had what was my worst meal at a restaurant ever that night. I didn't know you could order bread that thin. The day we flew back, we called for our shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel. They said they were overbooked, even though you must advise them of you arrival time when booking with them. Was advised it would be an hour and a half for a shuttle. Ended up catching a cab.
