Amazing hotel and location! Amazing location and staff! We didn’t have reservations prior to our arrival- we were just winging it and we were welcomed by Robert on the front desk- he was able to get us two nights (Friday and Saturday) -check in was seamless So many great locals amenities all within walking distance from the hotel (downtown shops, Cara’s park, lots of restaurants and cafes)

Don’t worry about the little mess I just stayed a couple of nights here. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation. Don’t mind the mess. There are lots of shipping containers in the parking lot. I spoke to the manager on duty. She assured me they will be gone soon. This hotel has a great location in downtown Missoula lots of fun little shops, entertainment, and plenty of restaurants, and bars all in walking distance. The river is also super close. The onsite restaurant is also going under renovations. But they still offer limited food and snacks in the lobby.

Stay at the other location in Missoula. This one is meh. Not the best holiday inn. The room was just ok. This location rarely has someone to work the bar area and the hottub is far from hot. I would suggest uniformity between holiday inn locations. Most supply shampoo, conditioner and body soap in dispensers and this one does not. I travel for work so didn’t bring any due to all other locations providing them. This has a great location to Missoula downtown, but they really need to get in line with other locations. Don’t call the hottub a hottub when it’s barely 90 degrees and don’t advertise a bar if you aren’t going to man it. This is probably one of the worst holiday inn experiences I have had.

Won't go again Reserved a plush room ($300) due to the location. The room #225 was large, but that was about the extend of the 'plush'. The fridge, condenser for the AC were tag-teaming how loud they could get all night. There was an extension cord strung out from the a corner, and a TV plug was attached to it. The room looked like it was quickly changed over from a storage room- paint on the ceilings in the corners were not done professionally. The hair dryer didn't work and, upon check in, we were told there would be no breakfast option because they had a convention of sorts so the food would go to them, no mention of that when we reserved the room initially. Location, like I said was the best part- next to the river. Parking was free and Customer Service did give a discount after my boyfriend talked to the front desk with a list of issues. We won't stay there again.

Good location My week-long stay here was good. The hotel has a great location - a short walk from the wonderful Missoula downtown. Though the property is a bit dated, the hotel itself is quite large and is easily able to accommodate large groups. Some areas of improvement include the housekeeping, which was - at least in my room - not great. Additionally, the hotel does not allow guests to check out from their room the night before they are set to depart, which is inconvenient particularly for people with early flights. A free shuttle is available to/from the airport, which was nice. Service at the front desk was friendly.
