Nice hotel with gorgeous lobby Great Hotel, nice location, beautiful Montana lobby that has a handy convenience store with good selection of drinks, food & snacks. Room was really nice, spotless, large in size, comfortable bed. A lot of amenities in the room including a fridge and microwave. Staff very courteous. Pool was great. Thank you Stonecreek!

A+ Hotel We really enjoyed our stay here this trip. This is our second time staying here and it was fantastic. The check in was a breeze, very friendly and helpful. The room was huge compared to your typical hotel room. Very clean and quiet. Great bed. The kids enjoyed the pool. Good price. The shuttle to the airport was super easy. We will be back!

Discriminatory service to people with disabilities and registered service dogs - BE VERY AWARE! My brother has a registered service dog for his disability. When we checked in tonight we were discriminated against having a service dog - they charged us an extra fee, they asked what my brothers disability is and they put us in a pet room explaining it was to protect people with allergies. All 3 of the acts are discriminatory but the 4th act was they told us to not stay here if we didn't like their private company policy - that is what discrimination feels like. My brother has traveled for the past 18 months with his service dog and while he has had to explain the laws many times - most people have been accommodating. I'd like to chalk it up to just one front desk person with bad customer service, but the general manager on duty tonight was equally rude. Beware if you have family members with disabilities and service dogs!

Great Hotel Best place to stay in Missoula. Always exceeds our expectations every time! Always very clean & tidy rooms. Staff was very helpful when we needed a good recommendation for dinner. Airport shuttle was super easy and quick. The room was about twice as large as most other chain hotels. Super clean & quiet. We will return again.

Excellent! Great place to stay! We love the location, it is super convenient. This is our second time staying here and we would stay again in a heartbeat. They have a very professional staff. Easy check-in. Our room was absolutely lovely. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Beautiful lobby. Overall excellent.
