Good stay in Moab, great hotel and staff! We spent 5 days here for our off roading with our Jeep and visits to Arches , Canyonlands NP and Dead Horse State park. Every front desk person was friendly, helpful and informative, shout out to Marcos, Vinny, the 2 younger gals with dinner suggestions and the breakfast attendants! Nice sized room, good toiletries, bed was a bit uncomfortable and they were able to rectify that without us having to move. We filled out a slip for necessities needed and hung on our door by 9 am, worked out well and they will make up room if requested. 2 washers and dryers that run at $2.50 each, I bought a roll of quarters from Vinny, started laundry at 6:30 AM because evenings were usually occupied. Coffee is available all day in the atrium which was much appreciated especially after coming back in around 3-4 in the afternoon and needing a pick me up. Lemon water was also available. Toiletries were squeeze bottles in the shower and lotion by the sink, very dry out there so I was glad to have the lotion as I would have run out of mine! Fridge, no freezer, microwave, nice sofa with chaise lounger in our king room. Plenty of room to spread out in, did walk about 6-10 blocks at night for dinner, as this hotel is on the main drag but not right downtown. Less than 10 minutes to Arches entry. Would stay again.

A must stay here This was a great place to stay in Moab. We could walk to downtown and restaurants . Room was clean and spacious . The bed were super comfortable . We had a fridge, microwave. Coffee makers. Well stocked. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating . The breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. Nice variety with real ham one day and bacon the next . I would highly recommend this hotel !

Would definitely visit again Pillows are extremely comfortable, the bed was also nice. Our room was immaculately clean upon check in. Everything was within walking distance with exception of the City Market, but I wouldn’t have carried our groceries by hand anyway. Checkout wasn’t until noon which was also amazing and convenient for our plans. The staff had the best breakfast and kept it hot and stocked. There’s a waffle maker, eggs, biscuits and gravy, muffins, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, toast, milk, juices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I’m sure I’m missing other items too but it was all fresh all morning. Would definitely recommend if looking for a well priced but nice and convenient place to stay.

Okay on the big things; a miss on the little ones Tough to choose between a 3 and a 4 for this one, but it would be so easy for this motel to be better. Fist of all, the good things. Nice big king-bed room with sofa area, big shower, good lighting and lots of outlets. And the nights we were there (3) it was quiet. Breakfasts were chain motel adequate. Good eggs and either sausage or bacon (not both) and the usual cereal, waffles, juices and coffee. Lots of yogurt. No granola. Very nice people taking care of the breakfast area. Less impressive is a rather ridiculous room service policy. Using COVID as an excuse, if you want your room cleaned or any particular item replaced or renewed, you have to fill out a form and leave it one your door before 9:00 a.m. Otherwise, no service, no matter how long you are staying. If they really cared, shouldn't the policy be that you WOULD get room service unless you requested none? AND, after two nights, I put the paper out and asked to have our room cleaned. Nothing came of it (except profuse apologies and an arm full of clean linens for us to take up to our room). The toilet seat in our room (335) was just sitting on top of the toilet; it was not screwed in. And the toilet ran a couple of times unless juggled. Kind of miss the morning papers that they used to provide. Decent restaurant (Borken Oar) right acress the highway and not as crewded as other Moab places. All and all, this one's a near miss.
