Still waiting for our room If you like waiting hours to be checked in for your room, this is your place! Customer service is not great and check in is not timely. Don’t count on 3:00. When asked how long until we would have a room, we were laughed at and told maybe 15-20 minutes. It’s been an hour and a half and we have watched many other people check in and we are left waiting in the lobby.

Comfortable Night Before a River Trip A pleasant pretrip stay or me in downtown Moab within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and pleasant. The coffee maker worked well. Office staff helpful with recommendations for dinner. Restaurant next door had good breakfast choices. I would stay there again.

comfy bed nice location. about it. little dated for the cost. hair on shower curtain. furniture hardware missing - tough furniture door to shut when accessing fridge. tv was fuzzy. bath towel was clean but appeared dirty. bath exhaust fan made horrible noise (i informed staff upon checking out). the location was nice downtown; desk person was pleasant. had a pool (i didnt use).

Good not Great Good, doable, not great, but would stay again. The best: The room was QUIET which is of utmost importance to me. Location is also a plus being centrally located on the Main Street in walking distance of everything. The room is clean. The other: The motel does NOT have a breakfast, does NOT have coffee or tea in the lobby before 8 am, if then, and not after 6 pm, if then, and does NOT have a laundry room. The photograph of the motel utilizing the poolside view is at the motel's most glamorous; not that it's bad, it just misrepresents the hotel, which is a 60ish product...which I mush prefer to the modern ugliness getting thrown up especially on the outskirts of town. (The City of Moab and the Nat'l Parks must not have an architectural standard for new buildings.) The room could use a towel upgrade, fix the fridge "ticking" and perhaps going to a hard floor would be best.

Spacious and quiet hotel room Hotel room was spacious, particularly the bathroom. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Although it was located on the main road, the room was surprisingly quiet. Room was clean. Quick check in and out. It's a great stay.
