Great customer service I had forgotten to cancel my two rooms six months ago (due to a concert cancellation I no longer needed the rooms). When I called GM Inskeep about my error he offered me two rooms later at no additional cost. Great customer service!!! I cannot thanks Inskeep and his staff enough, they were all great!!

Daniel and Jessica are amazzzing!!! Love this place! Daniel was amazing. We went to another hotel that we had booked online, and it was beyond dirty. Wound up here just by chance, and boy, are we glad we found this hidden gem. Clean. Great beds. Amazing hosts at the front desk that are ready and eager to help. Most front desk attendants are not friendly, and these men go above and beyond to help! Highly recommend this for a family-friendly, clean, comfortable stay. Nice pools and hot tubs. Wonderful full breakfast. Jessica and her daughter Kylee at breakfast were beyond sweet and amazing. They were able to tell us where we needed to go and what places were a must-see. We will be back from Oklahoma!!!

Daniel deserves a raise! Daniel has done such a fantastic job--- he went above & beyond helping us as we traveled from Oklahoma and kbew nothing about the area!! He keeps the comfort level as if we were important to him abd yiur company! We had booked a hotel in Davenport. It was awful so between Chris and Devon and Daniel at the front desk both evening and next morning they have done everything humanly possible to make sure that we had a room and we're very happy your hotel is super nice meetly decorated, and the help is beyond compare to change .

Exceptional Customer Service Wow! Chris & Ali at the front desk were both INCREDIBLY helpful! At first, we were not happy with our room and went down to talk to both of them about it. These two gave us exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we had the right room and an awesome stay. I will be returning because of Chris & Ali! Thank you!

Wedding Taylor Mital helped us every step of the way to plan our wedding day. We did it less than a month. Any questions asked she was able to help me with. She went above and beyond! Shawn Moon did a fantastic job with setting up everything and making sure that we had everything we needed! _ we stayed the weekend. We had the perfect day and stay thanks to these 2!
