Nice but room for improvement Our water view room was nice, clean and quiet, but should have had things like bottled water, extra towels and bath robes for $300/night. As others have mentioned, the long wait in the queue for breakfast was extremely inefficient and there was little selection.

Nice hotel overall Nice hotel, just a few minor issues. Hotel and room were clean, some odd slightly dirty towels, but we were able to get new ones on request. The breakfast is basic, there is a line for the buffet, and you need to wait for the 1 person working who is making coffees and serving food. They work pretty hard and fast, but definitely could use another set of hands. The view is nice, and you can watch the tidal bore which is pretty neat. Location is good as well, Main Street restaurants are just minutes away.

Nice stay, good location what more is needed? Nice clean hotel with large rooms price was ok as well. Best on riverside with view. Lining up for breakfast kind of weird and slow despite the server working hard and fast. Seems like a self serve buffet would make it faster/easier for customers. But what do I know?

Great clean room with a view Great ground floor room with a river view and lots of room. Very clean. Front desk service was very helpful and friendly. Scenic and convenient location. Pls add gf bread/toast to your breakfast like Chateau st john. There is room to have your breakfast on the patio next to the river.
