Comfy beds _ Staff were pleasant, room was clean and bed was comfy! Great stay. We received free parking. Wish they had underground parking but it was nice to have a security guard walking around at night in the parking lot. Unfortunately, there are no handicap parking spaces that I could see unless they aren't labeled or were taken.

If you are planning to sleep - read this review and prepare! I was in town for business - stayed one night at this location - overall, great location and would return. I personally didn't have the best sleep - I wish hotels would include a simple fan. I like a cold room and the thermostat would only do 19 - once it hit 19 the fan turned off - so while sleeping it felt like a power outage and I woke up - after a few times while trying to sleep through it - I turned on white noise and that worked until 6AM and the hotel clock alarm went off - I attempted to sleep again and the phone randomly rang at 6:30 from the front desk (I answered to give them a blast but was met with hold music so I hung up) - I gave up and woke for the day and left. Other than the crappy sleep - 0 complaints - Hotel is in excellent condition - staff very efficient and plenty of amenities on site - 0 complaints with the room. The crappy sleep I feel was simply a mistake - I tried to find issues after that, but couldn't find anything - comfortable bed - great shower - happy the thermostat dropped to 19C - check in & out was efficient.

A nice stay The desk clerc (guest services superviser) that greeted us was so nice. Her name was Sara Assady and she did her very best to make our wedding anniversary one to remembrer. She gave us her favorite room , and made sure we had all we needed. Thanks again.

Convenient, efficient and friendly Location is very convenient in a lively part of Moncton. Service very friendly and accommodating. Parking at $12/day is reasonable. Breakfast at $12/person was a good value and very convenient. Lots of good restaurants in the area, and a 5-10 minute walk to the riverfront park and trail. The only issue was the elevators. On both mornings we were there from 7:30am to 9am, the wait times were ridiculous. I’m talking about 15 minutes to get down from our floor to the lobby, with no less than five cars coming to the floor before we could get on one (the others being full).

Fine-nothing special Clean comfortable rooms. Quiet. Convenient location. Outdoor parking only. Signage in lot is poor to find way into hotel. Terrible coffee. Inconsistent service at breakfast and restaurant was under renovations so picnic breakfast with plastic spoons etc but overpriced for selection offered
