Summer 2021 A really great stay at the Westin Mont Tremblant. The suite was FANTASTIC, we could live there. Very courteous service. Nice breakfast options. Amazing location. There currently is no housekeeping during stay, but I suppose it's not really their fault if the government continues to pay people not to work and they can't find personnel. Merci, nous reviendrons.

In need of some TLC Not the usual Westin experience, but not COVID’s fault. Room was well appointed but in need of a deep clean. Fireplace didn’t work and toilets stained with one toilet constantly running. Bathroom tub grimey with calcium buildup and furniture in bedrooms appear worn/chipped. Balcony dirty and in need of a paint job; furniture is rattan but starting to fray. Lobby bar closed, and recent flooding shut down internet services. Staff were wonderful and certainly tried to make our stay a positive one!

Lovely weekend with close friends. Happy with service. It was a ladies weekend get away. Upon arrival we were greeted by Federique and Martin who helped us unloaded our luggages. Both gentlemen made sure we did not have to lift anything heavy and they delivered our luggages to the room in very prompt manner. The check-in was pleasant and very well handled by Xavier. He already made sure our room was well prepared and ready before we arrived. Xavier was extremely helpful and he informed us that he will make sure our weekend would be amazing. Special thanks and great appreciation to Natalie - who handled the housekeeping. When we arrived our room, all amenities were there, very well presented for us, 3 ladies. Natalie made sure we had all essential for the weekend. The level of service we experienced from this hotel is beyond standard. Our room is super clean, the staffs were very helpful and they would go out of their way to make sure the guests are happy and enjoy their stay. Our next friends/group get away , we will definitely choose this hotel again and again.

Needs improvement This was rated by marriot as a Cateory 7 resort and being a Platnum marriot member and a traveler I can tell you I was disappointed. The staff were friendly. The room we rented was a two bedroom suite and I can tell you it was not very maintained or equipped. The TVs we’re small and they were old (not smart TVs) which was even worse as no films were available There were vents between the rooms and little soundproofing One of the toilets was noisy not working properly. It was a very nice suite and the hotel is nice but just not worth the money they asked for I think staff needs much more training to get this hotel to a category 7 It’s all about details. Like alarm clock flashing 12. Even the fact 5 people are checking into a suite the place should be equipped with enough shampoo ahead of that I don’t think the beds were the classic westin beds. The pool is small. Plus the hours are really limited 12-8 so you can’t swim in the morning. Temperature is great in the pool. Wifi very slow. Especially given that the TVs were old we tried streaming One of the mornings at 10:30 they were testing the fire alarm which woke all the kids up. On the website for the two bedroom suite but shows a hot tub in the room and a nice view. We had neither. Not sure why Room is due for a renovation. Location is great value is not great but not terrible either.

Winter Wonderland - des merveilles d'hiver We stayed in this lovely hotel in December 2019. The entire village was beautifully decorated for the holidays, including the hotel. We were greeted by friendly staff and felt at home, immediately. They helped guide up to ski/snowboard rental gear and storage. The also informed us of the neighboring, partner hotels which shared amenities such as spa, hot tubs, and evening s'mores for the kids. Our room was spacious enough for a king room with pull out sofa. We were a family of 4 traveling together but at no point felt cramped. The king room had a lovely fireplace and nice in room amenities. It had a window view of a cute courtyard where a lovely holiday display was lite and we were able to open the window for fresh air. The walk to the village and ski rental location was quick and never a hassle. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
