One of a kind! I visited this location back in 2021 and absolutely loved it which made me revisit in Nov 2024 and I fell in love all over again. Everything checks out from the food, entertainment, hosts/hostess, cleanliness, vibes, etc, etc… My brother and I plan to visit once a year moving forward. My heaven on earth ❤️__

My stay in Riu Montego Bay The resort was nice and clean . I love the hospitality. I also love how there was always activities available through out the day. I will definitely book again in the future.

Hotel paradise Absolutely fantastic hotel can’t fault, food is great and the staff are always there to help you. Great entertainment throughout the day with games and in the evening shows and bingo etc. great choice of food and drinks something for everyone.

Cannot recommend but decent value for money I am going to say what many are afraid to say. I would not recommend this as a good resort for Canadians. There were a large number of Americans who had no interest in socializing with anyone different than them. It was weird, like if you said "Hi" you would just get a look. I'd pay more to stay somewhere else and hope for a better inclusive atmosphere. Food was ok, rooms nice but ask for a blanket as they give you a flat sheet as a "blanket" and you have to ask for a thin blanket. DJs were horrible. 10% reggae 90% hardcore rap.

Our montego bay holiday My friend and I stayed at riu montego bay from 11/11/24 to 21/11/24 hotel was clean, our room was spotless, sinika was our cleaner she always made sure our room was beautifully clean, the food is spot on always something delicious to eat, breakfast whatever you can think of was there so much to choose from, pepes jerk chicken in the afternoon was amazing, we used to look forward to our dinner as our waitress after serving us on the first day remembered us and would get drinks on our table before we could get back with our food amazing customer service saltana ❤️you made our holiday with your bright cheery smile we will miss you lots, jowayne on reception what a gent always there when we ran out of coffee _, do make a reservation for steak house what a treat the food was amazing, my friend and I had 10 days of pure relaxation as we have been to Jamaica before and did all the excursions possible, go to the shows at night you won't be disappointed the steel band was fabulous animation team were great to, a little shout out to simone who had joined just a few days before we got there thanks for the chats and whatever you do you will smash it gwan bar tender who did the most delicious cocktails _ Thankyou riu montego bay!!! ❤️
