Jamaica Independence vacation Secrets Independence Day celebration is always a blast. They never disappoint. Staff puts on an incredible show all day. Fire works was amazing, music was great.

Best ever!!! Best experience from beginning to end. Staff was beyond nice and so helpful! Tanisha, I hope I got her name right, was the BEST. Helped with check in, set up our spa. And somehow found us everyday we were there to make sure we were having the time of our life, and we did! We will definitely be back !!!

Hyatt has ruined Secrets This was my 4th trip to this property and it has severely declined since my 1st visit in 2016. It seems like they have gotten rid of close to half their staff. The lack of man and lady power is evident and various places throughout the property. The pools and property isn't as pristine as they once we're. The pool bar is now manned by a single bartender who is overwhelmed most times and there is hardly to no poolside service.

1st Visit but will not be the last My guy and I take an annual beach vacation. This vacation was the best. He Proposed. I said Yes. The resort was beautiful and peaceful. No kids

Disappointed Went to this location for our anniversary and there were things that just weren’t right. Walk through needed by management of the property and rooms. Updates, repairs and conditioning needed.
