The Inn at 1252

Loved this place! We booked this hotel at the last minute to get out of a bad hotel we were in. When we arrived we were tired and hungry. The clerk was so nice and welcoming. After checking in, she let me know there is hot coffee, cocoa, or tea in the lobby. They also have a cooler with a few quick frozen meals, soup, snacks and drinks. After we settled in & went swimming, I got a few things to eat for our room. The pool was beautiful and clean. The room was clean, and we were shocked at the size of the fridge! Not the typical mini size! The place was quiet, the grounds were well kept and clean! We will probably not stay anywhere else but here on our next trip. Thank you!

Couples Trip Room was quiet and small, nice enough to hear only yourself and the tv, service was good as well at front desk. Only 10 or so minutes from Cannery row as well so for $120/night this inn is unbeaten. It is also located near some very good shopping locations as well

Robbed of $10 Measly Dollars Housekeeping services nowhere to be found during my 3 day stay. Room was never refreshed once. Called front desk to request and they seemed annoyed. Walked up to housekeeping and was ignored. Terrible service and filthy place. At check out I was ready to settle and get a review of incidentals. Long story short I booked two rooms for 1,000 dollars and was going to use the parking lot for all 3 days for one room and only 2 days for the second room. This would equal $50 not $60 as I was charged. I explained my situation to an older very rude woman and she refused to reverse a charge for a measly $10 … I asked if she thought I was lying. She got pissed. I then told her why would I lie and try and cheat you out of $10 dollars when I have already spent 1k in rooms . She was rude and dismissive. I told her that she could keep the $10 dollars but it would cost her thousands in people not staying here from reading my review. Greed at its worst. Please Stay away from this hotel and book one next door. If they were willing to steal $10 dollars from me to my face, imagine what they are capable of doing behind closed doors. Gross.

Two rooms, two running toilets Was booked into room 125. Used the toilet once and it would not stop running. Called front desk and Michelle moved us next door to 124. She tested the toilet and it was much quieter at the time. She offered to move us to another room on the far side of the property but we didn’t want to move again. While watching tv, we didn’t notice that this toilet was also running. It ran all night!. When I checked out, irked for some sort of credit as it was a long, noisy night. I was told nothing could be done as I booked through Expedia. She could have done something if she wanted to foster customer good will. Boo.

Overall it was good Clean. Nice setup. Quiet bed, not squeaky. The bed sheets were soft & smooth. Soap given smells great. Good a/c heater. The bathroom had plenty of space & the sliding door into it was a nice touch. The closet had a nice setup. Have a vault in case you need it. Overall it was good.
