A wonderful stay and a wonderful property. My entire experience at the hotel from beginning to end was phenomenal. The staff is warm and welcoming, the lobby itself quietly says: you're here now, there's no rush have a drink before you settle in. The rooftop restaurant gave an amazing view of the Bay at sunset while dining truly al-fresco. And the included breakfast, was a welcome and delicious surprise. And the Chicago (bloody)Mary is a must for the adventurous!! I traveled solo this last time, my wife and I will make it back specifically to stay at this hotel, which is actually more like a friendly bed and breakfast. Absolutely five stars!

Could've Been Better The decor at first makes you think that it will be a beautiful stay at a beautiful hotel but, looking deeper you will see that there are many things in disrepair that need attention. The towel rack in the bathroom has rust on it, the remote for the fan in the bedroom wouldn't work (and we didn't find out until the middle of the night), the bathtub that they claim is a two-person bathtub might fit two children comfortably plus it has lost it's sheen and the coating is dull, the shower component with the jets was broken because it was made of cheap plastic and we couldn't figure out how to work the darn thing so ended up taking tepid showers in the morning, they claim the rooms are sound proof but we heard all of the noises in the other rooms/hallway/outside on the street, and the pillows are lumpy. Also, there was a hair dryer attached to the wall but not plugged in and another one on a metal stand that they placed right in front of the commode so that you had to sit down at an angle because it wasn't designed to have that there. But, it was clean and the decor was pleasant. It was just a contradiction from the decor to what actually is happening beyond the decor. There was also the oddity that there are curtain rods above the windows without curtains and that light bulbs didn't match each other (some warm and some cool).

50th Birthday Trip This boutique hotel has the warm feeling of a Bed and Breakfast. Tony and his Dad Nick are very accommodating and excellent hosts. They helped recommend local lunch and dinner spots as well as wineries to visit. The rooms are small but so very charming. Bedding and pillows are luxurious as any 5 star hotel, we slept like babies. We throughly enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast every morning (free by the way)! They offer 5 delicious options with local fresh fruit and unique popovers with house made preserves. There is no coffee in the room, but Tony poured us cups to take up to our room until breakfast time. This breakfast is amazing, you won’t want to skip it. The rooftop is simply icing on the cake. Beautiful views of the Monterey Bay, delicious food and craft cocktails. As a guest, we were able to use the rooftop even when they were closed to the public (Sunday & Monday). We walked 12 minutes to the Fishermen’s Warf along the bike path. We also took that same path to the aquarium at Cannery Row (about a 40 minute walk along the waterfront). Amazing location, close to the beach yet away from the crowds. We highly recommended Tony and Nick’s Hotel 1110!!

Very dirty STAY AWAY. Room is extremely old and dirty. There are hairs in the bathtub and spiders in the room. I would not recommend any one to stay here. Please stay away. The hotel service is terrible and the hotel price is ridiculous compared to the room that you will receive.
