Hot fart water The hot water smells like farts and they refused to comp us. The shower was like someone directly farting in my face, and the tap also smelled like farts. Disgusting. Bait an switch for an affluent area. I would rather have stayed at a motel 6 than have to bathe in hot fart water.

Terrible and worst service EVER Terrible. wouldn't suggest i had to immediately book another room in a holiday inn close by because the rooms were super dirty. No proper front desk its been 10 days since my trip and every time i call to request a refund ( which they promised will give) i hear only one thing " please call when manager is here" 10 days straight and atleast 3 three calls a day and i still didnt get manager to talk. Terrible service too if you booked and they promised a refund too, then you are basically being cheated on

Stay away! We checked the room and said no way. It was dirty and not kept up. The bed and sheets had stains. It needs to be completely remodeled. We booked another hotel. They wouldn't give us a refund and I didn't care...we weren't going to stay there. This is after showing the manager how bad it was.

Horrible experience Horrible customer service. We booked a room and tried to cancel it because it quit was accidentally the wrong date but they would not allow for the cancellation and leave us with out a place to stay the night and charged us for the room when we try to connect with them. And they started by hanging up on us a few times and not responding. We had to go three times in order for them to give us stark and cold response that they will not refund us the money.

Reasonably priced inn in Monterey We stayed here for five nights and found it to be comfortable and well equipped apart from no coffee machine, which was a disappointment. You could get coffee from the reception but it was too strong and there was no way to make tea! Luckily we had a travel kettle with us so could make our own! Our first room was near the road and noisy but we were able to change after the first night. Unfortunately we chose this inn as it had a pool but this had been closed for several months for a refurb and during our stay no work took place! This was not conveyed to us when booking. It was a 30minute pleasant walk into the town. And there was a shopping centre over the road. If you stay here do try the next door Vietnamese restaurant, excelled food and reasonably priced.
