Never again Do not stay at this hotel! It is nothing like the pictures! Bathroom was not clean, felt very unsafe, there is a door in the room that leads you to the room next to you which I’ve never seen in any other hotel. I had booked 4 nights and had to leave after staying 1 night. Ended up paying for 4 nights without getting a refund. Customer service is very poor. Do yourself a favour a find a better hotel to stay to not ruin your vacation to Los Angeles.

Dirty hotel, hallways stink, breakfast is rubbish. Do not stay here Dirty hotel, hallways stink, carpets in hallways don't look like they've ever been shampooed, lifts in bad condition, bathroom has mould and cracks. Breakfast is rubbish, with badly cooked eggs and no option for gluten or dairy free. Lots of rude oriental guests playing videos loudly on their phones in breakfast area, talk loudly on phones or shouting at each other. Half the hotel faces the disgusting alleyway behind the restaurants with loud noise coming from their own exhaust vents. A/C and fridge in the room make a really loud noise too disturbing your sleep.

Very Asian hotel, some good, some not so good We were here to visit family over the lunar new year, and didn't realize there would be a festival outside, but that was a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff while helpful, didn't seem friendly at first, but it seemed to be more a language barrier. The included breakfast is a bit light on selection, and I do wish their boiled eggs/tea eggs were less overcooked. There is bread, cereal, oatmeal, chinese porridge, some soy sauce chow mein, and cabbage, along with mini waffles, but they ran out of butter a couple times, and their 'juice' was not juice, but more a sugary fruit drink. The rooms themselves weren't always clean either, but liveable with. I could see why some people would complain about the state of the bathrooms, other than the lobby, which is newly renovated, this hotel could use a refresh. Interestingly enough, as we were there two separate times with a different hotel splitting our stay, we got one room with a super hard bed, and a second room with a super soft one. Wish they could just go with something in the middle of both of those options. All in all, though, my family would rate this as a 'good enough' hotel.

Not what you'd expect from Best Western This property is not of the quality of a typical Best Western facility. The beds varied by room, some good and some as hard as the floor. The breakfast was inedible for me, we found other options for breakfast each morning after seeing the spread the first day. The towels were the thinnest and scratchiest I can recall using. I found hair from prior guests in the towel and in the tub.
