We had a wonderful time ! Our Daughter had her wedding reception here, and we had a wonderful time! Special mention to our waiter, Jason, who attended to our every need during dinner and the dance afterwards. Jason was a consumate professional, as were all the staff during the event.

Impeccable Service, Great Food, Good Value Hotel staff was extremely attentive and professional. They took care of every detail for our event. The food was amazing too!

Five nights at Quinta Real Monterrey The general atmosphere is very good and the people are friendly and helpful. However, there were are a few drawbacks. One, the bed isn't easy to sleep in. Our's was kingsize, and the huge covering is hard to adjust to for two people; also, the pillows are too large for comfortable sleeping. And, unusual for this kind of room, there's no small refrigerator in it. At the in-house restaurant, I didn't care for some of the food. For example, the first thing I ordered was Eggs Benedict, and I've never had this dish without a creamy hollandaise sauce. This dish was cooked so that everything was dry. Not tasty, IMO. Finally, the terms weren't explained very well. I didn't understand why I had to have a huge deposit (like around $750 U.S.) made on my credit card to Quita Real. And, when checking out, the receptionist couldn't explain my bill in a way I could understand.

Angel art and a heavenly experience of perfection I felt like I found heaven in Monterrey when I checked into this hotel. The hotel is elegant and you are surrounded by painting and statues of angels. The stunning old world decor is amazing. The check in was quick and efficient with no problems, unlike the Millenium and the Royal Safi. The room was huge, beautiful and immaculate. The food was wonderful and they have a large, luxurious pool. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It is in a class by itself, far above the so-called luxury hotels nearby. This is the only place I will stay going forward.

Poor customer service The hotel itself is beautiful however the staff lacks customer service and attentiveness. The rooms had lots of dust and the glass table was dirty. The second day of our stay we had to wait over two hours for a new set of towels and this was after numerous calls to the front desk.
