Thanks to Patrick Patrick was absolutely amazing. Friendly, customer driven and full of knowledge. He was extremely helpful and was able to give great suggestions for restaurants and shopping. He was able to answer all of our questions when checking in and made sure we were well taken care of. Thanks Patrick for a great stay.

Outstanding hotel with large suites The Embassy Suites is a very clean and organized hotel. We enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was outstanding. Patrick was very helpful catering to our needs. Thank you Embasy Suites, Montgomery.

Cozy Experience We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites Montgomery-Hotel & Conference Center. The staff was friendly and helpful. Big KUDOS to Manager Tameia and Bartender Zykia. I look forward to another staycation soon. The breakfast never disappoints.

Needs update but nice hotel Older hotel that needs renovation. Air conditioner in room could not keep room cold . $20 parking per night. Good breakfast in morning. Great location just needs updating. Big rooms and 4 elevators so you do not have to wait to long. Service is good.

1-Star Hotel at its Finest. Not even worth 1 star. Broken HVAC caused my 7m old baby to sweat, there was a lack of care from guest service (Tasha). Dry poop stain on the towels ( I guess their laundry is broke too). Extremely dirty carpet, floors, and there was some slime in the sink. They didn’t help secure my family of four another room. We vacated at 1130 pm , they stated they wouldn’t charge me, yet still charged me, and said it’s 58 in the room yet the 90s HVAC system they have in place could never mechanically get down under 66 degrees (the worst lie you could tell a field engineer). Terrible customer service, not sure if the staff was high or just lacked professionalism and empathy.
