Good Value for what is offered First experience with Sparks brand of Hilton. Experience was ok for a place to sleep. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The gal working the night shift was very nice but may have been on something. We had a handicapped room with roll in shower. My husband has one leg and uses crutches and this was a hazard for him the way this was designed. It would be hazard for anyone with a wet tile floor. The shower floor is higher than the bathroom floor so the water pours out onto the floor by toilet leaving a huge puddle. The floor is turning moldy in the area from all the moisture/standing water. Only had two towels so couldn’t use those until we showered. The coffee is way better than some of the Hampton coffee we stayed at. Breakfast is bagels and muffins as expected from reviews. They should advertise this better though.

Great Place! After a long day of driving on the highway, it was so nice to be welcomed by Brittany Victoria. She was very accommodating and pleasant. She puts us at ease with her smile and friendliness. Hope to visit again on our way back. Thank you Victoria for your professionalism.

“Spark” for a re-branded property, not a “spark” for your traveling experience This is a rebranded Sleep Inn… aside from the Hilton re-branding, I’m not sure what the differences are. I appreciate the effort to give a “spark” to worn out hotels from other brands, but all you’re getting is a higher priced, but not necessarily higher quality experience. Bathroom floors were sticky, room was not especially clean, pillows were flat and not comfortable. Bagel bar was a complete non-starter. For the price paid and Hilton branding, this is an utter disappointment. Spend your money elsewhere, especially if traveling with family. We will steer clear of Spark from now on.

Should be renamed Sparse. I thought the hotel was new construction, but it appeared to be a renovation of an older hotel. Had the a/c where the curtains blow when it is on. The tub seemed too slippery to take a chance. They were not allowed to use shower mats. There were no shower grab bars in my room. I say that, because some rooms might have had them. Previous guest's towels had been removed, but not replaced for us. I had to go to the front desk to get them. This, after I had already gotten ready for bed. There were no surprises with the "breakfast." The website said it would be a bagel bar. It also had muffins, juice, coffee. No coffee maker in the room. It was clean and the building itself was very easy to find. It was overpriced for what they offered.
