Don't do it This is my second time at this location and probably my last. The hotel website said the pool was closed until January 15th for repairs; I checked in on 3/15 and it's still closed. They should have either updated their web site to reflect a different date or email their guests letting them know the pool is STILL closed. Super frustrating and disappointing. The rooms are big but the furniture is in such disrepair it's really gross. There were ants all over the kitchen counter and the bathroom calking around the tub is moldy. Housekeeping didn't come ONCE during my 3 night stay. The TV is through DirectTV and the signal is so bad you can't watch anything and the TV's are too old to stream Netflix or any other streaming service. For almost $600 for 3 nights I feel totally ripped off.

DISGUSTING, DATED, & DANGEROUS ROOM Please do not stay at this worn down, dirty, and potentially dangerous hotel. Let me be specific: 1. The most deplorable thing about this hotel was the plethora of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Not talking about the regular mold on the tile surrounding the tub, which there was plenty of, but multiple and long-term mold splotches on the ceiling in the shower. We did not notice this until the second day, late at night, when showering. At this point it was too late to gather up all of our things and move to another room, which was never offered anyway. (See pix) 2. We were never told that there would be no maid service for both days of our stay. We came back to the room to find it as we left it. They had only provided us with one day’s worth of towels. Going to the front desk to retrieve some, we were told they only had a couple of hand towels left. If you are not going to provide maid service, at least leave enough towels to use during the stay. 3. The box spring cover had a huge, disgusting stain that could have been changed for a clean one very easily. Again, not noticed until the next day as we went directly to bed. The furniture was completely beat and worn and the couch had strings hanging down from it. Large stains on rugs in the room and in the hall. (see pix) 4. We were told breakfast was until 10:30; we arrived at 9:30 to find only eggs and breads available. The meat and potatoes were gone and never replaced. My husband, who cannot eat eggs, was forced to eat cheerios as his only option. The soda machine and half of the juices were out of order. There was not one employee there during the time I was there to ask about other food options or needed condiments. No one cleaned off the tables; they were a mess. 5. We complained to the hotel but was told by a clerk that there was nothing she could do as there was no manager on the premises. We called the parent company, IHG, to report these issues and they said they would contact the hotel on our behalf. I said good luck, we have been trying for ½ hour and no one picks up the phone. After waiting for about ten minutes, he came back on the phone and said that no one picked up the phone for him either. Unbelievable. A hotel that ignores their phone. 6. On the last day, we complained again and were told they could not offer any refunds as we bought through Expedia. Expedia got us a small adjustment, but that was not the purpose of my reporting this awful hotel. I truly am concerned for the next person who gets room 312 (or any other room with dangerous mold levels) as the mold on the ceiling was most disturbing and can cause major health issues. We slept with the bathroom door closed and the fan on as to not breathe in mold spores. 7. Horrendous stay. Dangerous mold spores in ceiling and around the tub. Horrible, dirty rooms with beat on furniture. No maid service and not enough towels for our stay. Limited breakfast options and no staff in that area. Ultimately, the lack of concern and assistance from the skeleton hotel staff was appalling. Do yourself a favor and stay at the hotel next door.

Do not stay here I heard a couple in the elevator describe this hotel as the broken hotel. The pool was closed, both tread mills had not working signs on them, the dryers had not working signs, the orange juice dispenser also had a not working sign, The automatic front door did not work regularly. Even the elevator button for second floor was not working. The breakfast was one of the worse of this genre of breakfasts that we have had in years and that was when they bothered to put it out. There was usually no bread and most serving dishes were often empty.

Dirty This place does not live up to the standards of the other staybridge suites we have stayed in. The carpets were dirty. The chairs were tattered. We chose not to use the shower because of some grey mold in it. The breakfast was meager. We will never stay here again.

A Real Letdown We have stayed at other Staybridge Suites hotels in other locations which is why we chose this one for a local wedding. This one was undesireable! The receptionist was very friendly and professional, but our experience just went sour from there. Our bathroom was not clean, the carpet was stained, the refrigerator was filthy, and the bathroom sink was clogged. In my mom's room the kitchen sink did not work and the phone did not work. The door lock was loose- it looked like someone had tried to pry the door open at some point. We were there for 2 nights and our rooms were not cleaned during our stay. There was a housekeeping cart in the hallway but we never actually saw anyone cleaning rooms. On the up side, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The common areas were even worse. The swimming pool was not open, which was really disappointing because that was one of the reasons that we chose this hotel. The hallways and elevators looked liked they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The breakfast room carpet was equally dirty and the chairs and fabric were really worn out. Breakfast was mediocre and they did not keep the trays of hot food well maintained. Only white bread for toast, some plastic wrapped white bread bagels and that's it. The whole fruit was inedible and the small amount of fresh berries was not enough for the crowd. On the up side, there was a waffle iron that the kids liked, the coffee, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs were good. We would have gone out for breakfast but we were on a tight schedule. To top it off, we were overcharged $50 when we checked out. Fortunately I had the printed hotel conformation sheet with me so I could show her the price that we should have been charged.
