Dj21 The Hilton hotel was a great hotel with good amenities and with a great view from the pool and gym. The hotel is located right in downtown so it was so easy to get around with the metro and bus transportation. My recommendation would be to bring water bottles as I was surprised the hotel only provides the hotel room with four and there was four of us staying in. Around the corner, there is a store to purchase if necessary. The front reception staff was amazing. I think her name was Melinda, she set up a reservation for us. The hotel room was nice but wish they provided extra pillows or blanket in the closet.

Big disappointment We have been many times at Hilton Garden Inns in different locations in North America. Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Centre-Ville from July 11th - July 16th, 2021 for a family trip to Montreal. Great location, close to many amenities. We stated five nights total. There was no cleaning provided in the room at all. Had to ask for clean towels and got them after several times talking to the cleaning lady and front desk too. No emptied trach... we did not know where to take our garbage, since nobody enters the room to clean during COVID. Got only one shampoo, one toilet paper, and one soap for the three of us for five nights. Big disappointment. The cleaning staff work very hard though. When we asked to talk to the hotel manager about it, he was not friendly at all. Argued with us when we asked for clean towels, and garbage removal... told us that this is a new policy due to Covid-19 and is higher management decision. We were very upset and are deeply disappointed by the Hilton management. They should advertise this new policy and knowing upfront guests can decide if want to stay at this hotel or not. We will not be going back to this hotel.

Always a good stay at Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Rooms were spacious (double queen). Staff were polite and courteous. Great central location. We walked to McGill U (5 minutes), Old Montreal (20 minutes), and Schwartz deli was only 15 minute walk away. Secure access to elevators and hotel via room card. Relatively safe neighborhood. Swimming pool and jacuzzi open!

Practical place near everything The hotel location is perfect but the air conditioner makes noise I wasn’t able to sleep and the cleaning service wasn’t done during my stay at the front desk didn’t said about this and I requested towels, shampooing, conditioner

Great Stay I've stayed at this hotel twice: pre and mid-covid. Both experiences were excellent. Staff were excellent both times. Room also very well appointed. Pre-covid - I was able to use the fitness centre and it was arguably one of the best hotel gyms I've ever used. Unfortunately and understandably I was not able to use the gym a few months ago. I chose this hotel because of proximity to McGill. Very convenient to visit my student and very convenient to everything Montreal has to offer. Drug store and Provido nearby. Will definitely return.
