Good, central location for walking The hotel overall was good. We used the lobby restaurant one night when it was raining and the next morning for the breakfast buffet, which was very convenient. The decor is a bit dark but the hotel is clean and we had good service. The parking garage is a tight squeeze. Guests are given a hotel card to come and go, which some hotels do not offer, so we were pleased about that. Our room looked out over the highway, though, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to ask for a room that is not facing east.

Gone down hill Wall paper is peeling, carpet dirty, curtains dirty and tub dirty. Hand soap was locked to wall in shower and shampoo was next to sink. Dirty buttons on elevator. Location is pretty perfect between old port and Saint Catherine ste. Metro and convention center right there. Chinatown and great food just around the corner. Staff at front desk very helpful.

Great sales team ! Amazing staff! Thank you Mustapha for this amazing stay! Very close to the old port and to St-Cathrine street :) I had a lovely stay and I will be coming back! My go to hotel when I am in Montreal. If you have a group and want to stay in mtl contact the sales team!

Poor service, rude management Stayed 3 nights Pros: Rooms were clean. Nice size bathroom, modern and well maintained. Easily walkable to shops , businesses and restaurants. Walking distance to St. Catherine's street, and very close to old port. Cons: Service was poor at hotel. Rude staff , rude management. Not the best area for walking around at night. Hotel is lacking amenities. Small pool. Breakfast buffet was pricey and ordinarily not included

Service Staff were Fantastic but would not stay here again The Hotel is in a great location and the staff are great but the hotel is lacking amenities I would expect. There is absolutely NO ROOM SERVICE. We were n Montreal for 4 NHL Hockey games and would have liked to eat something after the game. The Hotel Staff said Room Service was discontinued during Covid and not restarted. I think this is a cop out by the Hotel and just a way to cut costs. Also, we were on the 9th floor and had to change rooms due to having ants in our bathroom. I contacted the Hotel after our stay and the Management provided the basic Canned response of " looking into it", " educating staff " etc. The General Manager then said he would add 2000 IHG reward point to my account. I declined and I thought it was slightly insulting based on the fact we were there for 7 nights and used 189,000 reward points for our stay.
