Shout Out to Amanda at the Front Desk The room was enormous for a big city hotel! While the bed was comfortable, there was a flat sheet used instead of a fitted sheet on the bottom and that didn't work out so well. The bathroom layout was weird. There was a tub AND a shower and sink in one room and a toilet in another, which worked out well when the spouse was doing his thing and I was putting on makeup, but still strange. To us anyway. The location had several niche, locally owned restaurants within walking distance. We were most impressed with Amanda at the front desk. After only having an initial contact with us, she recalled our names and room number and knew we liked ice (which has to be requested at the front desk as there are no ice machines in the hotel). I would probably stay a little more centrally located if we traveled to Montreal again.

Hotel 10 Stay July 13 to 15 My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the Hotel. We originally had a stay of 3 nights but due to a situation we had to leave a day earlier. That being said, the valet parking was fantastic, and the valets were friendly and helpful coming and going. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing very helpful and any request I had were fulfilled. Can't say enough good about the staff from maid service to breakfast hosts and the breakfast was great. Would stay here again very pleased. There is a 20 min walk to Old Montreal which is not bad but there is so much to do right in the vicinity of the hotel and plenty of transportation. Shout out to the staff. Also, must add how friendly the Canadian people were.

Trip with son to Montreal I was very impressed with the hotel overall. The staff spoke English to me without any difficulty. The rooms were better than expected. Cleaning staff was outstanding, everyday it was cleaned up spotlessly. Check in and check out very easy.

Great find! This is a fantastic hotel!! The rooms very spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was super comfortable. The vibe is fun, and the location is an easy walk downhill to Old Montreal or other tourist areas. The terrace was a nice touch after walking all day, and the room was nice and quiet. I highly recommend!!
