Poor guest treatment and services It was deceitful to not advise ahead of our visit that there was to be no maid service due to covid. What the hell? I booked a room for 4 people and of course, there was only enough towels for 2. It was a hassle to get more towels. And you had to take time out of your day to request and pick up fresh towels. It was a ridiculous hotel policy and pure lack of awareness to proper guest service to not allow us to use the pool on check out day. Our train didn’t leave until 5 pm however checkout was at 11 am, and we looked forward to enjoying the pool on a hot day, but we were forbidden. Furthermore, the front desk was always empty during the early afternoon to the evening. The phone rang non stop and nobody was there attending to the front desk. We saw people waiting and waiting for someone to come out from their door. Be reminded that just because we paid for the lowest rate, doesn’t mean that we are entitled to lowest treatment as guests. We took this family trip in the hopes of creating a summer memory. Unfortunately, thanks to the substandard service, the memories are tainted. Furthermore, I will not be recommending your hotel.

Great Hotel, glad we chose here! Pleasantly surprised! Hotel was priced very well compared to others so I was expecting a lot less… definitely worth booking here! The beds were comfortable and the room was updated, the pool looks clean and well taken care of, the front desk staff were really friendly, and the people working in the restaurant were great! One small complaint is that there was a large stain on the carpet in our room which we addressed with reception…but this didn’t detract from our stay as these things happen. The location was within close walking distance to several restaurants and shops. I would recommend Hotel Ruby Foos to anybody looking for a good place to stay!! We will be return customers for sure.

Great Stay at Ruby Foo's I got this hotel for a steal of a deal off hotwire for 3 days for $53/n + taxes. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. I really liked the sliding wall instead of blackout curtains! The hotel was Covid-19 friendly and well cleaned/maintained. You are right off of Decarie and less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. Parking is also free which helped keep the cost down compared to staying downtown. I'd definitely stay here again!

Good value Clean and modern, affordable prices. Has an outdoor pool, barber service, two restaurants, sauna and gym. Maybe a little understaffed due to COVID. Access to public transit and large shopping centre across the highway
