Excellent Place and Staff What can I say I have stayed here a total of six weeks over the last few months so sort of a regular. But the staff and facilities are excellent. Restaurant was closed due to covid and provincial restrictions ao not their fault. However easy to get food delivered and numerous restaurant's in the area were open and more on my second trip here. Close to everything downtown..... cant beat it.

Great for young families We very much enjoyed our brief stay. The private use of the pool is a great idea, especially for young families. The staff at the front desk and the pool very very kind and accommodating. The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. The parking rate is fair and it’s nice to have in/out option. There are lots of great take-out restaurants within a short walk. Overall, a great getaway during these exceptional times.

Not so good. double-charged parking, refused to refund Hotel has some issues: The front desk guy took my license plate number, he told me it would automatically charge my car. The front desk guy's English wasn't fluent. He took my plate number wrong. I was double-charged for parking, I talked to the manager they refused to refund me the parking fee. The hotel room was also dirty. we found stains on the bedsheet. For the sake of your health, do not stay at Le Centre Sheraton

Please stay away from this hotel I visited this hotel last weekend. There’re couple issues: First, the hotel is overpriced. For 180 dollars per night, I was only offered a standard room. I have platinum status but they refused my request for an upgrade. The room was really small, bathroom couldn’t even fit 2 persons. For this price, all amenities (restaurants, cafe, pool, gym) were closed. I understand it’s due to covid but they should lower the price for rooms coz of closed amenities. No coffee in room, they told me it’s due to covid. Other hotels in Montreal they do offer free coffee in room. This hotel is overpriced with horrible hospitality. During this time you can get a four star hotel room at around 150 dollars at other hotels in Montreal. Stay away from this terrible place.

Racism is really a huge issue at Sheraton. This hotel is racist. I booked my two day stay at Sheraton due to family reasons. When I first checked in, the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Stains on bedsheets, urine on toilet. I called the front desk to request a new room, they didn’t give me a new room, instead, the young, white manager yelled “this is Canada get out of here” I’m a coloured Canadian with South American heritage. Saying get out of here to a coloured person is really racist. I have filed the report to both Marriott and Quebec tourism board in regard to this racist incessant. I would suggest anyone who isn’t white (Hispanic, black) stay out of this racist hotel.
