Pretty good for what we were doing It was a bit pricey, but isn't everything during the summer? Recently renovated, the property was clean and relatively quiet. We enjoyed our room and the amentities. The on site restaurants had some really good quality food and some that was clearly thrown into a microwave, so it's a bit of a crapshoot there. EVERYTHING was overly expensive, from the gas to the food to the items sold in the store. I suppose that's how they make it as the only place out there. I won't deduct stars for that since it's not a required part of the stay, just be prepared that food and gas will be expensive unless you plan ahead.

Give yourself at least an hour once your get seated to get your food. Good food. Nice people but took forever to get our food. Not sure if they only have one cook or what may have happened but I feel I could have cooked myself quicker. Took us over 1.5 hours for our food for a group of 4 and the place probably has a max capacity of 30 people.

Hatchet “Resort?” It’s a great hotel with rooms like log cabins. Not sure how it is a resort. There were no resort activities at the place that I could see. Food was pretty expensive so we went elsewhere. Buffalo Valley Resort had horseback riding and float trips right off the grounds. The room was nice and we had a restful sleep and the backdrop is stunning.

Cut the search short. Having to leave Grand Teton National Park to look for something to eat, due to Covid, we took a wrangler's advice and stopped here. A very good decision. Food was excellent, portions moderate. Staff was professional. Deserts, if they were not, could pass for homemade. Very cool place.

Would definitely stay again We had a wonderful stay at this resort! We had a basic room, number 17, and it was perfect for our stay. I was worried about no ax but the temps were perfect for keeping the windows open and we were never uncomfortable. The room was very clean! The staff are obviously working hard to keep this resort as a top place to stay. The only thing I would have liked in the room is a small refrigerator. We would definitely stay here again!
