Okay for 1 night I stayed at the Ayres in Anaheim once before and the bed, pillows, and comforter were much more fluffy and airy. I did appreciate the space of the room and the big restroom. I did not understand why the counter by the restroom was so high I rain into the corner of it a couple times.

Great hotel! Hopefully no large parties while you are there! Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel! Unfortunately, large groups of people took over the entire pool, left no seating for anyone else, took all the towels and blocked walking access around the pool, wasn't a comfortable atmosphere at all.

Resturant The website indicated the restaurant was open 7 days a week, but it wasn't open, and without a car, it was difficult to find places around the hotels. I recommend updating the website to indicate it isn't open 7 days/evenings a week. Thank you

Lovely place to land Outstanding customer service. We had to change rooms (family stuff, not the hotel), and that was handled with a smile. There were plenty of places for the family to sit and talk. We were there for a memorial and this was important. The TV system is soooooo annoying, but they're working on changing that.

Great customer service. Clean and beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. On time with all services if and when needed. Beautiful hotel area is safe and clean. The worker's where very curtious and nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel andt return with family. Thank you for such an amazing experience.
