Very disappointing experience!! The first problem is the website lied. It says a shuttle to anywhere within a 5-mile radius. Once we got there, we were told that it only goes to the hospital and its only Monday through Friday. We were there for a wedding and specifically booked them because we were told we could take a shuttle to the venue. We arrived at 3 pm to check in. We had to still get ready for the wedding at 4:30 pm. They said they still had to vacuum our room and it would be a few minutes. 30 minutes later and after other people have checked in, we still had no room. I asked the attendant if our room was ready, and it doesn't take 30 minutes to vacuum. He ignored me. By this time there were about 12 other people standing around waiting for a room. Finally, after 50 minutes I walked up to the desk and demanded a room. he finally gave us a room. By time we got to our room it was 3:55 pm. They even gave a room to a couple, that was already occupied by someone else! Totally ridiculous and on called for. I will never stay in one of these hotels again. The room was fine, but the service was awful!!

Perfect choice for short or long stays. We needed one night at an affordable rate. This was the perfect choice. The room was more than enough room for the two of us and could easily sleep 4. It was nice to have restaurants within walking distance as well as a microwave, fridge and sink. We did not attend happy hour in the lobby. Breakfast was limited but adequate. The staff was friendly. Hotel and grounds were well kept, safe area. I was worried about sound with hospitals nearby, but we did not hear a thing. Beds were comfortable. Adequate parking. This would be a great location to stay for university events and walking distance to football stadium.

Right from the moment we got there the staff was friendly and helpful, I absolutely loved the design in entry way Everything was perfect from the staff to clean rooms and the price, not a bad thing to say about the stay. I would recommend it to anyone. Everyone in the area were kind we were checking out the college for our daughter, and everything was convenient to get to.

Highly recommend We had a group of 30 women for a sorority reunion! The staff was fantastic! The rooms were great! Breakfast was good and they allowed us to linger in the dining room and visit. The shuttle to the stadium was very helpful and convenient! Thank you to Liz for organizing and Steve for driving us in the rain! Highly recommend!

Pleasantly Surprised. A family situation required us to find lodging quickly. We were blown away by the accomodating Front Desk personnel, Sarah C, who helped us stage four rooms together on short notice. The rooms were very clean & the bath area well supplied. The next day breakfast was quick, well supplied with many choices for everyone. Thank you Sarah for greeting us when we arrived and making sure we had everything we needed.
