Clean and Comfortable Room Clean and comfortable room for a mid week trip to Morro Bay. Breakfast delivered in the morning was a nice touch. Would stay again at this property when visiting the area. The manager was on site during business hours and available for any guest inquiries.

Relaxing and Comfortable Stay We very much enjoyed our stay at Beach Bungalow Inn. The room was very clean and quiet. We appreciated the comfortable bed and upgraded bathroom fixtures. The staff was efficient and very helpful with recommendation on where to visit and dine.

Great place to stay Good location,clean comfortable rooms and a breakfast included. The staff at this hotel are the real stars. They work very hard to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are a good size and fully equipped. The breakfast is delivered to you room every morning,with a few different choices of main course and coffees.

Anna needs to go! The hotel is nice and close to downtown. However, a billing error was made and we were charged $255 for a second room and that’s where the problems started. Anna, who works in billing, was completely unapologetic and rude when I had to call to straighten out the error. Anna really does this business a disservice. If she worked for me, I would’ve fired her immediately for her poor customer service and attitude. When I told Anna of my dissatisfaction, she told me I should have resolved the issue with the other customer who’s room we were charged for, via Venmo directly with their other customer, then told me to never call there again and hung up on me. If you look at other poor reviews on this site, you will see that other customers have had problems with Anna and her rude responses are on this site as well. Way to bring the business in, Anna!

Relaxing stay Very clean and cozy. Near the pier and good restaurants. Very nice breakfast included! Highly recommend! Staff was very accommodating, as we were traveling the Pacific Coast Highway and arrived a little late. Very pleasant greeting and description of all amenities.
