Perfect room with fantastic view of Morro Rock and friendly, helpful staff. I stayed on the upper floor with a fantastic and one-of-a-kind view of Morro Rock. Room was exceptional and so vey comfortable. Diana was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently one block from the Embarcadero/waterfront where shops and restaurants are located. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Good room...bad wifi This hotel is in a really great location with a nice view of the harbor and many restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. We were in a bungalow away from the main building and the room was very nice, comfortable bed and good bath. Main negative was the the wifi never really worked, and when we asked about it we were told to connect to the coffee shop across the street as an alternative, and that wasn't much better. Otherwise it was a good stay, and would recommend for a nice affordable spot.

Beautiful view if on upper level. Great location! Agree with other reviewers, stay on an upper floor and get a great view of the harbor. Bed was comfortable, fireplace was a nice addition. Super convenient location to the waterfront for shopping and food. Staff was very helpful.

Can't beat the view Overall it was a really nice stay. The location is right across the street from Dorn's restaurant and an easy walk to the waterfront with shops and activities. The upper rooms all have a beautiful view of Morro Rock, which is stunning. All rooms have been refurbished and there's a great self-serve coffee/espresso maker in the lobby. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The main downside is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear the people on both sides of me talking very clearly. I'd suggest a white noise app, which is what helped me sleep.

Really good location The hotel was really clean and we didnt have any issues with the staff or any of the guests just be prepared to hear the seagulls and seals all night but it comes with the location haha ,other than that it was a really great stay I would recommend.
